My Wife and I obtained multiple quotes for a new roof including tear off, repair and new shingle installation. Our Rescue My Roof sales representative (Dave Fritz) was punctual and walked us through all of our options, including all of the superior materials and installation techniques that would be used. We were particularly impressed with the Atlas shingle characteristics such as the “no discoloration” shingle treatment developed with the help of 3M. We were also impressed with the superior warranty offered on both materials and installation. With all of that going for them, Rescue My Roof offered us the best price quote among the 3 offers that we attained.
The installation crew was on time and did a great job. They cleaned the property meticulously when they were done, and took care of every little detail. I would highly recommend Rescue My Roof to anyone in need of a roof rescue!

Rescue My Roof did an excellent job replacing our roof and gutters. Our roof looks beautiful and robust! We had 5 other bids from both small and large companies and Rescue My Roof was the only company willing to take on the full job we needed including intake installation, removing a floating deck to lay down a new roof, etc. We decided to go with Ken and Rescue My Roof because he seemed very trustworthy and educated us about roofing instead of the other companies which felt like they were trying to sell us a car!! I would also like to mention that their attention to detail and cleaning process was top-notch. I would highly recommend Rescue My Roof and if I ever buy another home in the future or need a future roof job, I will be calling Ken & Rescue My Roof.

We had excellent service from Rescue My Roof. This was the first step in our remodeling project and we were extremely happy with the service we received. Chris was professional and he guided the whole process. The actual roof crew did a great job and they had our new roof completed on our trip-level home in less than 1.5 days! I am absolutely amazed by the customer service and promptness. I called with the hope of getting an appointment the week after and they came the next day! Chris our consult was very friendly and accommodatating. He was able to get us a quote that morning and even helped work within our budget. We have a roof replacement scheduled next week which again I wasn't expecting before the end of the season because our other roofer consultants were not able to accommodate with their schedule.

I can't forget to mention their website. It gives you a rough look at what your roof will look like, which I love. I am a visual person and I love seeing all of the different options with a picture that you upload on your own.

I will include a review on the work when it is completed, but per my coworker's review she said they were respectful of her lawn and property, which is all I can ask for.

The roof is absolutely amazing! The workmanship is so incredible. Chris the owner is wonderful to work with and the crew really keeps you involved and up-to-date during the entire process. They do a great job with cleanup and making sure your things are not destroyed. They did several sweeps to make sure nails were picked up which I so appreciate with four little ones running around. I would definitely recommend Rescue my Roof!

Rescue My Roof did a great job identifying the problem with water leaking at a corner of my roof. He even when up into my attic and looked for sight of damage. I have had several others come out and give me estimates and none of them went into my attic to look. They were not as detailed and spot on as to what was causing the leaks. Their cures made no sense to me. If you are looking for any type of roof repair, please do yourself a favor and call R.M.R. a deal with someone who know roofing. Tom

The whole staff was great and professional. They are very efficient. Once the job was completed the roofers cleaned up my yard very well. Chris Snyder very pleasant comes out and check your roof then he will send you an estimate. Chris Weaver awesome as well he comes out and make sure roof is installed properly and clean up everything. The rest of the roofers installed the roof and got the job completed in a timely manner. Chris Weaver then came back and did a walk thru with me to make sure everything was satisfying to me and everything was very good. I love my roof and Rescue My Roof really taken good care of my roof. Trinity was great too as I stated before the whole staff is awesome. Great job to all of you. I recommend this company to anyone.

The roofers were able to remove the old and install the new in just one day.
They even found some original builder's mistakes in the old roof and corrected them at no cost.
The protection of foundation plantings and cleanup afterwards was excellent.

The Rescue My Roof team was awesome from the jump. They came out to my house, gave me a free quote, AND touched up a few items for free while they were there. We said we were going to wait until spring to do the roof replacement and they didn't badger us at all during the winter - and even came out one more time to look at something with the chimney (free). Then when it was time to pull the trigger we got scheduled right away, the roof was done in a day and a half and the dumpster was gone right as they finished up. They cleaned up the whole place diligently and there was no damage during the job. Would 100% use Rescue My Roof again. Shout out Greg and Craig for walking us through our first roof so well!

My current roof was leaking. My sister, who has recently passed away, recommended Rescue My Roof a few years ago if I ever needed a roofer. So I found the business card she gave me and made the call. I had some anxiety about making such a huge purchase, but it was needed. Dealing with Greg Lopez and Craig Weaver was wonderful. Very professional. They answered all my questions, and I had a lot, and assured me the process would be seamless. It was. My roof was done in a day and the cleanup was impeccable. I'm so glad chose Rescue My Roof.

Excellent Service! Crew arrived on time and finished both house and garage roofs in one day. Special care was taken to assure no damage to property: windows, lawn, etc. The crew was professional and friendly. Clean-up was done with absolutely no debris left from old torn off roofs. We are very happy with both the installation and the product that Rescue My Roof installed on our house.
The crew that worked on our roof were VERY efficient and quick. They removed our old roof and replaced it in a relatively short amount of time.
They arrived by 7:30 am, took a lunch at around 12:15, arrived back from lunch and were TOTALLY finished by 4:30pm. Then they even cleaned up our yard from any debris from both the yard AND the road (to make sure that no nails were left behind)

Got back to me quickly with multiple leaks in my supposedly new roof. Gregg spent the time checking over the possible causes and gave me a very well reasoned report ast what the actual problems were as well as some that he suspected. Issued an estimate that evening and the work was done a few days later.The subsequent wind and rainstorm? Not a drop. Of water or loss of a shingle. A pleasure to deal with a professional and a company that understands the importance of a customer to their business. An 5 rating and then some.

I had several roofing services come to look at my various roof issues and recommend a broad array of costly solutions, but when Greg came over he was able to pinpoint the problem areas in a way that made sense and didn't add up to a lot of unnecessary expenses. He completed the job in less than two days and was friendly and approachable the whole time. He even came back to make minor adjustments with no hesitation. This company was highly responsive from our very first inquiry. Greg gave me a thorough estimate for repairs and suggested a full reroof would be a much better value. After considering the pros and cons we choose the full roof option. The crew that did our roof were courteous and their attention to detail was over the top. As the guys on the roof did their job the ground crew protected our house from damage and keep our neighborhood free from blowing debris. When the job was finishing, they swept my neighbor's and our lawn repeatedly. I have been looking for any nails or scraps and I can say , our yards are clean enough to confidently go barefoot. I have hired many companies over the years and Rescue my Roof was the best I have ever worked with. I highly recommend them. They earned every penny.

Our experience with RESCUE MY ROOF was phenomenal! From the beginning stages of the “interview” with Chris. Sitting with him and learning how they do their business helped us decide to go with their company. Despite the rainy days in between the work, they came in as planned. The crew was on point from start to finish. The work was done timely and we were very pleased with the completed project. The roof looks amazing as does the skylights that also had to be replaced. They also cleaned up well. The job took two days because of weather conditions but they were careful to leave the place looking like they were never here. Rescue My Roof was recommended to us by a satisfied co-worker who had her roof replacement with them. We had an extremely positive experience from start to finish for our gutter and roof replacement. Absolutely a 5 star experience. Fair quote, they were able to schedule our roof replacement within a week, and brought enough workers to tear off and install the new roof all in one day. Very considerate of our property and even offered to come out in Spring to clean up the yard if needed as it is hard to get all the old nails picked up in snow. We had a great experience having Rescue My Roof install a new roof on our house. The initial meeting was with Chris, the owner. No commissioned sales person and no gimmicks. Just straight forward information and a competitive bid. Our job got delayed due to weather, and the communication from Craig the project manager was very good, keeping us up to date on changes. The actual work was of high quality. They did a nice job of protecting the side of the house and the landscaping around it during the tear off of the old roof. The crew also did great job cleaning up when done. All in all, a great experience.

RESCUE MY ROOF truly rescued our roof. It was only a two year old roof that leaked four times. This is a unique two-story 1927’s farmhouse Gambrel roof. The roof comes to four valleys at each corner with two slopes. A top slope with a valley into a valley with steeper bottom slope. This bottom slope is part of the second story wall.

From the beginning interview with Chris, he was knowledgeable and understood the difficulties of this type of roof. Because of the previous issues with this two year old roof, we had a lot more questions this time. There were several more interviews and emails in which my questions were answered that helped us decide to go with RESCUE MY ROOF. It became apparent that Chris had the training, actual experience and knowledge to install and correct the issues we had with this unusual roof. They had also given us a very competitive quote.

We had neighbors asking about who we used because they also were noting the great work done. One neighbor sat in a lawn chair watching and gave us a update on the great job they were doing every time we came home. He was very interested because he knew of the issues before. Thanks to all the guys at Rescue my Roof. We had our roofs replaced a year ago. The roof looks absolutely perfect. They were also extremely persistent to solve a non-roof related leak. They stopped out a couple times under warranty and solved a tricky issue very professionally, precise and perminent.
