Amazing people, from the first call Mimi was very communicative and explained the beginning process for me. Technicians Nick and Joe were attentive, respectful and explained the job very well and did a big replacement of piping and cleaned up very well! I will recommend this company to many! Price was not AT ALL as scary as I thought!

Hired Southport to install a gas line for our pool heater. Good price, handled all permits and inspections. Very neat and reasonable.

I hired them while being the condo president so had a lot of communication.They have been great to work with. They installed air conditioners for some owners at our condominium complex and they did an intricate job of running new copper gas lines off of the new meters which WE Energies installed.They had to run the(40) lines through a wall, while working in enclosed staircases. They patched the walls and worked around other utility boxes amazingly. We had Justin G. bid and communicate, Travis, and Marcellodo most of the copper line work. I am quite handy so I know how hard the conditions were. I couldn't be more impressed, and the pricing was definitely reasonable. They weren't the cheapest, but were close to being so, and the work, and workers, that they provided made it worth every dollar!

Southport comes regularly as part of a maintenance program. They are always thorough. All the technicians explain in great detail and make sure they answer all your questions. They really take the time to make sure you understand the work done or any recommendations that may be needed. Our family highly recommends Southport.

Travis, our plumber, was very pleasant, personable, knowledgeable and even reported to us the extent of our damage was much more than we expected and required a water damage remediation company. We always felt comfortable that we were in good hands. He gave us a recommendation, and we are happy with his recommendation as well. I wouldn’t go with another plumber and will always request that Southport send out Travis (if available), should the need arise.

We had an immediate water issue and Travis arrived within the hour assessed our issue and gave us a quick honest resolve until the main issue could be fixed the next day. Travis was very attentive to our problem and didn't try to up sell us, also very polite.

Started out with Max the sales guy which was down to earth, no nonsense, and very helpful when explaining everything in laymen’s terms. His boss Nate finished it off with some additional details and off to the races.

They sent out 3 guys - Max, Kenny, and Tyler out for a full HVAC replacement. Mine was 45 years old, and while like a lot of things made during that time, it was a tank, but just ran like crap and my bills were crazy high. They got there right on time around 7:30am and by 4:30pm I had a warm blast of air and then a cold blast of air all over my face, neck, and chest. Snoogans!

Max (different one than the sales person) walked me through my system, gave me the warranty schpeel, and my wife that thinks 65 during the fall is cold decided to give it a run, and you know what, it didn’t take 3 hours to raise my house temperature a few degrees… just about 10-20 minutes. Success!

Justin was professional and knowledgeable. We needed three repairs and a drain cleaning. He got everything handled in one day. Highly recommend.
