The Cleaning Authority - Cedarburg

This first cleaning was excellent. The crew was respectful and quiet. They were also very independent. They knew what to do. My work from home morning was undisturbed. The manager who checked in was gracious and informative.

We are happy with the cleaning service. The cleaners are friendly and efficient. We would like to choose the same cleaners that come each week but can't decide between the two that came this week and Coral who came by herself two weeks ago. I do have a question about our laundry room. Isn't it supposed to be on our list of rooms to clean? The floor in the laundry room was not been cleaned this week nor two weeks ago. Can you please clarify this for me? Thank you!!

The Cleaning Authority of Cedarburg has been cleaning for my mother for nearly six years. Jasmine was part of her very first cleaning crew and Ashley teamed up with her very soon afterwards. They do an outstanding job and are always very respectful and treat my mother with kindness. The company ensures that their staff is well trained; sending their new employees along with their seasoned "trainers" to ensure they are well prepared to properly perform all tasks. For the last several cleanings, Jasmine and Ashley have been training Shelby and she has been catching on quickly. I definitely recommend The Cleaning Authority for anyone who wants someone else to take over this hefty chore!
