Driver was unprofessional at the gas station. Took up 2 pumps because of his trailer, just to run into the gas station and use the bathroom. Didn't even pump gas. There's only 4 pumps at this gas station and a huge parking lot to park trailers in.

We had a power surge happen around 3 in the morning that affected our whole block. WE energies came out and so did the firefighters because multiple families were smelling burning plastic including us. The gentleman from WE energies came out to turn the power back to our household but then had to turn it off immediately because they started to smell vurnung plastic again. The recommened calling an electrician to see if there was any damage inside our house.

I called united and spoke to a dispatcher who was extremely helpfull. I then less than 3 minutes received a phone call from a gentleman that was close by and would be there within 5 minutes, and he did get here within 5 minutes.

Once he got here he talked to a gentleman from WE to see what happened so he can give us an answer to.

Since my wife and i are not electricians, he explained to us what was happening and in a way that we could understand it.

Long story short, United electric will be our go-to for anything electrical from now on.

Very expensive so get another estimate, they like to add extras when they screw up a bid. these guys were 40% higher than my last best estimate and if you are using them with Brinkman pools, you are really going to get a soaking, go ahead and try to select your own electrician for your pool install.

Over the years, Bryan has done multiple jobs for us, both residential and commercial. The work has always been professionally done in a timely manner. He’s friendly, listens to what we’re saying, and gets the job done right.

I was looking to install a Generac whole house generator in 2022. United Electric was referred to me by the Generic. The estimator came out to look at the possible locations to install a generator and promptly sent me a bid. There was a delay in having the generator installed only because Generic could not build the generators fast enough to keep up with consumer demand. Once United Electric received the generator from Generac, it was installed very timely. The three gentlemen that installed the generator and all of the needed electrical work were very professional and easy to work with. I am 100% satisfied with everyone that I worked with at United Electric. During the power outages that we have had since the generator was installed, the generator has worked great.

Bryan from United Electric did a fantastic job! Reconfigured the wires around for the switches and made sure my electrical box was labeled properly. Even hung the lights in the bathroom. Highly recommend keeping him around :)
