We used Bert for a kitchen and laundry room remodel a year ago. Bert followed up quickly for an initial review, provided a proposal and similar timely response when the work was to be done. Bert explained the necessary changes due to updated codes. His proposal was very competitive. His work was excellent. He was polite and professional. We’ll call him again for our next project.

We had the BEST experience working with Burt on our basement bathroom project! I found him via Craigslist (which in and of itself is risky...) but some of the pictures he had posted were of a basement bathroom where there had been nothing plumbed-- which is exactly what our project was.
I reached out to him, and he contacted me right away. (His communication skills are great!) We chatted and because he was an hour away, he had me take pictures and send to him, which allowed him to quote me an estimate overnight. He also recommended getting at least two other estimates so that I would be able to see that he's super reasonable. (He was--by far!) We picked Burt, and he was then actually able to come out the next week and get things started.
The schedule and the pricing were spot on-- in fact, he would have ended up ahead of schedule but one of the shower components was cracked, which caused a delay. As soon as the replacement was inhouse, he quickly scheduled to get here.
Burt's work was meticulous--he's very, very detail oriented and made sure that everything was perfect. And just as importantly-- he cleaned up and hauled away-- huge!!
I sincerely have only great things to say about Burt and his work. I would absolutely hire him again and recommend him.

Burt came out and installed our new water softener for us. He did a great job, and it looks beautiful. Just in time for dry skin season too. Looking forward to soft water again, thanks a bunch Burt!

Great service, great work and great price. Burt was very knowledgeable about his trade and answered all my questions before beginning the work. He also made recommendations along the way. He was very professional and completed the work in a timely manner. Dont hesitate to call Glacier Hills Plumbing.

Burt installed a new toilet for us. I was very grateful he was able to get rid of the old one. His estimate of time and cost was spot on.

We now have a plumber for any future projects. We couldn't be more pleased with tge service!

We purchased a beautiful 3-bathroom home recently. In January 2023, the house plumbing was installed and everything passed inspection. I noticed water on the tile floor under the stand alone bathtub and reached out to the previous owner who sold us the house and he referred us to Glacier Hills Plumbing. The plumber quickly responded and immediately diagnosed the problem by lifting up the tub and exposing a leaking drain hose under the tub. They ordered a part and as soon as the part was delivered they came back and repaired the tub and we were not charged for the repair. There wasn't any damage done to our home because the original plumber sealed the floor around the drain so water could not reach the first floor ceiling. Glacier Hills Plumbing took care of the issue quickly and efficiently. Extremely friendly and great communication along the way. It's refreshing to find a local plumber you can trust - highly recommend Glacier Hills Plumbing.
