We love these guys! They reply promptly, and are incredibly polite. Their service techs show up on time and do a great job. We have worked with them for pumping and rooting-out a drain pipe. Very satisifed.

Highly recommend, amazing service! We are first time home owners and called to have our septic pumped. They were very friendly, quick and didn't have any issue with our small driveway and many obstacles. Great people, will absolutely be hiring them in the future!

Clogged floor drain, frantically called Dvorak Plumbing, Cottage Grove, Christmas Day, by evening Steve called me back reassured me that it wasn't going to get worse as long as we didn't have to flush or put water down sinks. He called me back on Sunday, just to check on my problem. He came right away on Monday morning. The work was done in the laundry room. He cleaned out over 40 feet with his flexible auger. When Steve left, I never would have known that I had work done, so professional. I recommend Dvorak Plumbing to anyone. They have been in business for many years. Austin came out for a very urgent septic pump so we could find a clog backing up in my basement. Went over and above to try to help or suggest how to get to clog. Ended on recommending the service that quickly and effectively got clog fixed... 10/10 will use them again and recommend to anyone that needs a sewer pumped!

Our waste water was backing up into our floor drain and shower. They came out and pumped the septic tank which didn't fix it so they then worked their magic and found the problem and ensured it was fixed prior to leaving all in a very timely manner! Cannot recommend them enough!

Definitely recommend them over honey wagon had honey wagon out multiple times told me it was this and that called Dvorak they were very professional and very nice they diagnosed the real problem of my septic and gave me a call about my issue definitely will use them over anyone else

Dvorak had done our regular, mandated service last year, so when our tank alarm went off due to our yard flooding we called the right away. It was late at night so we left a message, and they called us back right away in the AM and had a fellow out at 7:30 to pump not only our tank and field, but he also pumped out our flooded garage. A+ service, and they saved us a ton of stress right before a holiday weekend.

A day after the heavy rains, we discovered drain water coming up in our basement. Thinking our drain field was malfunctioning, we called Dvorak pumping service for help. Steve came out right away and discovered we had blockage in a pipe in the basement. He brought in his drain auger and in short order had our drains working like new again.

Dvorak Plumbing is definitely the go to company for septic services. We called New Years Eve thinking we would have to wait until after the new year to have them check why the septic system backed up into our basement. Steve called us back right away and was at our house 10 minutes later. Steve and his son helped us figure out why we had the back up and pumped our septic the same day. Customer service is amazing! We’ve been using Dvorak for as long as I can remember. Decades. They are friendly and professional. When a part of our system needed replacing, they recommended a great company that came in with a mini excavator to minimize damage to our woods. They did a wonderful job.
