After all this rain our mower couldn't get through our grass but TJ's made quick work of it and our yard never looked so good! He even moved items I forgot out there & our pets love him! ;) Will definitely use again.

I hired these guys to do snow removal on my driveway. They did a really thorough and great job all the walkways and driveway was shoveled perfect before I went to work. Would highly recommend.

Asked for a quote. Said they would put in mailbox never did. Reached back out to them and they said they had been out and their equipment would not work on partial gravel driveway. They never got with me about this. I had to reach back out to them to find out it wouldn’t work. Poor customer service!

We hired TJs to remove our snow during the 2023-24 season. They were prompt and did an *ok* job. We had minor complaints (they didn't plow the full width of the driveway making it challenging to get in/out and they also stopped shoveling our back stairs). The real issue though was that they were unresponsive and never acknowledged our feedback. Despite the minor issues we still found them to be reliable enough and were planning to renew. However, despite mailing us a letter over a month ago saying they wanted to renew, they have not responded to our attempts at renewing. We emailed, called, texted, and filled out the form on their website. After one of our initial contact attempts he did return our phone call and said he would swing by to leave an updated quote in the next few days. Weeks later we have not heard back despite attempting to call them multiple times.

Edit: Based on TJ’s response I am adding some photos to the review. In addition to ignoring the 2 emails we sent last year raising some quality concerns, they never responded to an email asking about gutter services or our initial email in June asking to get on their list for this season. On 8/27 we received a letter in the mail (see picture) that said they would not have as much capacity last year. This letter is largely what drove our attempts at reaching out because we wanted to confirm we had a spot. Despite apparently attempting to stop over, they never actually communicated that and did not respond to our numerous attempts to contact them. We would have been more than fine waiting weeks (or months) for a quote if they had communicated clearly with us and confirmed that we were on their list.

TJ’s are great to work with and they arrived when they said they would! Very responsive and genuinely nice guys!! Highly recommend!

Nothing but good things to say about this crew. On time, on task, on budget! What more could a customer ask for.

TJ’s is terrific. They delivered and spread 25 cubic yards of mulch - it’s a lot! - after doing a spring cleanup and removing a stump. All in less than a day. Very fair pricing. Excellent attention to detail. We’ll be working with them again in the future.

TJ's has done my snow removal for 3 years total now, and I've been so happy with them! Their customer service is unparalleled. Now I've had them do some landscaping work and will have them do my yard care this summer. The landscaping job was done quickly, professionally, and looks absolutely beautiful! TJ's have done mulching for me the last 2 years and done a wonderful job. They were fast, efficient, low-priced and very helpful. This year they also helped me some less standard tasks I needed done and were willing to possibly doing other tasks as they come up that can be hard to find people to do.

These guys did a great job plowing this winter so we hired them to expand and edge some beds and again they did great. They are good at planning, consulting, and suggesting ideas for the best aesthetic.

Extremely pleased with the work that TJ's Snow Removal & Landscaping did to refresh my landscaping. My neighbors and friends are amazed on how great the yard looks. The crew is very detailed oriented and are perfectionist!! Josh read my mind and finished the edging around the mailbox I had started. Looks so much better. Also, the owners worked alongside the crew so questions and issues that came up were addressed as they worked. They were very reasonably priced compared to other estimates that I received. Definitely would recommend them.
