Not the service techs fault…. I took the day off of work to be home for the service job because I was given such a broad window of time (8-5). They ended up getting to my house after 5pm. So I didn’t need to take the time off of work after all. That was infuriating.

Joe arrived at the estimated time, immediately identified the problem, fixed it and facilitated payment. He was efficient and courteous.

The tech was knowledgeable on the appliance. He corrected the issue and even fixed something else he noticed was wrong. I usually have to sign a work order. I didn't have to this time. Not sure how I feel about that.

Joe was on time, good communication with the scheduled appt. He explained the issue and provided good feedback on future prevention.

Rip off. They say they will remove the $129 call fee if you have them do the repair. Then they claim it was a call center that agreed to that, not them. Gave me a card to call which did not allow you to talk to a person. Total scam.

I have had the worst experience dealing with this company A&E Factory service Sears. Three times I had to reschedule appointments that the technician didn’t keep or respond in a Email, as indicated on line. Did not like the service provided. Will not deal with them again thru my home warranty service.

Paying $130 to tell me they can't order the needed part is not acceptable
Then trying to get me to purchase warranty plan
If they would have been able to get the part I would have had them fix it
But don't charge me if you can't do anything
