Levi and the team at Emergency Restoration Specialists were incredibly professional and responsive in the aftermath of storms flooding water into my basement. They were extremely communicative and I would recommend them to anyone in need of related services. Can’t speak highly enough of their personnel.

One of, if not the best companies i've used in my entire life for anything. Great communication and results, very personable. Helped my out immensely with drying my basement due to a power outage resulting in water damage. Levi is the best!

The basement flooded after a failed sump pump. A good friend of ours referred us to ERS. They came out right away in the morning when they said they would. Reassured us that they would dry everything out and save everything as that is their number one priority. The same day the crew of three came over and started the drying process. Everyone was so personable and respectful to my family, especially to my 2 year old daughter who said hi to them every time they went up and down the stairs. All of our belongings were treated with respect and moved around gently. We felt very comfortable having them in our home. I hope that we never have to go through the stress of a flooded basement again, but we know that if we do ERS is the one we will call. ERS is also who we will refer family and friends to if they are in need. Thank you for the great service and for getting our basement back to normal!!

Highly Recommend ERS. The entire crew was extremely professional and friendly. They document everything thoroughly and are very knowledgeable about working with insurance companies. The service was prompt, and they definitely went the extra mile in terms of customer service and customer education. It made the whole flooding ordeal a lot less stressful!!

Tom was a great expediter. He handled all aspects of all the repairs needed. His contractors were of the highest quality and did perfect repairs. Hats off to Levi and all the ERS team on their timely and excellent board-up work. One never expects their home or business to be damaged by vandalism, but when it happens I would recommend ERS to anyone.

After an unexpected incident, our business was in need of some VERY quick board-up for both our security and the customer experience. ERS offered excellent, same day service in our worst hour. Thank you for helping make a rotten day that much less painful. On top of that, Levi made our special, custom request for the work happen-- taking the time to pick up extra materials in order to complete the job to our specifications.

During a bad snowstorm last year where everything was shut down, I had one of my duplexes completely flood in the basement with raw sewage and water high enough to destroy my water heaters, washer and dryers and all my walls and flooring. ERS came out immediately and took care of everything like it was their own home. Coordinating workers for the water mitigation portion, contractors for water heaters immediately so my tenants would have hot water and all the contract workers to restore walls and floors. It was absolutely devastating but Lori Cheever, my project manager from ERS took care of everything and I felt no stress because of how well they were taking care of every detail without having to be chased down. I am so grateful that I found Lori and this company when I needed them.

Josh and his crew did an amazing job. No one is prepared to come home to a flood. ERS came immediately and not only took care of our home but walked us through this whole process. Even after the clean up was done they are there to put my home back together. When I was overwhelmed they stepped right up to help me understand each and every step. A great group of people who really take care of you and your home!

When our sewer backed up into our crawl space ERS responded quickly and efficiently. They were here within an hour of our call with a great and personable crew that turned a bad situation into a manageable misfortune. Within a short period of time they had the situation cleaned up. We would recommend them to anyone who has encounter any kind of misfortune that seems to big to handle on their own.

ERS responded within 2 hours of my call for water remediation services. They were a preferred provider with my insurance carrier which reassured me as I was able to choose any company. Percy, the foreman, was particularly helpful and explained everything thoroughly.

We had broken pipe in upper bathroom of our rental property in Milwaukee, we dont live in the area so my husband found ERS on Google, they responded quickly and professionally specially catering to the fact that we dont live in the state. They documented everything and provided to us via email, while keeping us informed of progress of the job and assisted us dramatically with the whole process with our insurance. Our family recently experienced a sudden water loss on our first floor and basement level. Upon discovery, ERS was contacted and Levi along with his crew arrived at our home within 30 minutes. Levi's hastened response and water removal experience mitigated further losses. Levi was very attentive to our needs and always available to answer any questions we had. Levi and crew were incredibly responsive and quick to address my issue of cleaning a basement drain. Within minutes he was out to the house and quickly identified an inexpensive, yet effective fix. His team was professional and thorough, and got the job done right.

I was initially referred to call some type of "restoration company" by my insurance company for flooding in my house. I began searching the web in my location and found a few services so I then began the process of trying to weed through personal reviews and BBB reviews. I was already in crisis mode much less adding the apprehension of trying to determine which company would be forthright and true to what they professed. Josh was the first person I spoke with from ERS. He asked quite a few questions to assess what the situation deemed immediately necessary and then we scheduled for 6am due to my work schedule. Josh was there on time, immediately asked me to walk him through and began assessing the damage. He began to explain what he was seeing in damage, what ERS does with the process of mitigation-removal of water logged material, the drying process and sealing of any potentially wood or whatever could become a mold issue. He addressed the time frame of tear out, drying, and that ERS could do the reconstruction process of my damaged property if I so chose. Josh was very knowledgeable regarding the steps that were involved with my insurance company and answered a multitude of questions directly. I thanked him and let him know I would get back to him that day. I had another company come out to give me an idea of their take on my flood situation. This company was a National chain company which I really thought about the pros and cons of utilizing a company which was not locally vested. The tech spoke to the damage but did not offer as much information, I asked questions that I felt were not answered clearly, my concern of what the process would involve time wise, living arrangement or displacement were not clearly delineated and they did not do reconstruction but would direct me where to go, who to contact. It seemed disjointed with more unknowns. I decided to go with ERS due to being vested in my community, a long standing excellent reputation on the Better Business Bureau and a much more inclusive start to finish process.
I called ERS back and they told me a team would be out in about 2 hours. Josh showed up and introduced Rob, Steve and Jim and began the tear down process. The staff from ERS were very respectful, personable and task orientated throughout the entire process. They worked till 11:00pm that night and the drying process was then under way. It is difficult to have strangers in one's house but ERS kept me informed about who to expect, at what time and the process for the day. This helped alleviate my concerns and kept some sense of organization for my personal and professional life.
My personal property was treated with respect and packed up carefully by ERS staff. Josh kept me updated so I knew what, when and how things were progressing work wise. In regards to the pricing and costs of the project, I was concerned that prices would stay within range of my insurance companies coverage. I was kept informed as things presented and the costs that would keep my project within my insurance companies program were crystal clear. All additional upgrades I chose were clearly delineated so I could make an informed decision and know what the end point cost would be.
I would highly recommend Emergency Restoration Service due to their clear communication of the process, cost, professionalism, comfort with their staff in my home, quality of work standards and work ethic. I am very happy that I chose ERS, they did an excellent job start to finish, were personable and respectful to my family and I felt safe with my home in their hands.

I want to extend my sincere appreciation to ERS for the great work and support they provided us when we experienced a flood. What started as a typical rain, turned into something that the sewer system could not handle and in turn flooded our basement – this was at 1:30 am on a Sunday.
Our basement is our prime living space and within moments of noticing we had a problem, the water spread into every nook and cranny – it was past my ankles - we were devastated. Immediately we made several calls to drain cleaners and other contractors who we worked with before. Although, our calls were answered by an operator and a "technician" would call me back - no one did.
As the water spread across the basement, we started to make random calls – we needed help and got connected with ERS. Just as the operator promised, Levy called us back within 15 minutes and a Team, led by Perci, was on scene in no time.
What so impressed me about the ERS team was they followed through and got to my house quickly. Not only were they confident and professional in taking care of the issue, they displayed sincere empathy and respect towards us and were kind and caring. The dynamics of team, put us at ease. You could tell they genuinely loved what they do, knew how to work together as a team and appreciated one another. This demeanor helped to make a very intense situation easier and bring the stress and anxiety level down. We’ve worked with many, many contractors over the years and never experienced this chemistry between team mates.
The team worked for many hours – hard, physical work – cutting out carpeting and flooring now soaked and weighing hundreds of pounds, helping us move personal property to other areas of the house and into the garage. Not once did they lose their enthusiasm, focus and kept us top of mind. They set up killer dehumidifiers and fans, tested for and applied an antimicrobial to combat any potential mold and came back several days in a roll following the flood to check humidity levels and determine when it was safe to use the area again.
Josh was just wonderful in helping me navigate through insurance and manage all the steps in that process. Anytime I called or emailed Josh or Levy, they responded promptly, provided the information I was looking for and we’re always kind and genuinely interested in how we were doing.
I don’t wish our experience with a flood on anyone and never want to experience a flood or any other type of event again. However, I know that if I or anyone I know requires any type of restoration/recovery, the ERS Team will be the first call. I know they will exceed expectations and make me feel as though they have my back and really care about me – because they do!

I had just purchased a home and noticed some potential mold in the basement so I had ERS come take a look to see what was going on. They were able to come out the next day and sent me a response right after they were completed with what they saw. I spoke with Levi on the phone a few times and he was very helpful in telling me what had happened and what needed to be done to fix the problem as well as prevent it from reoccurring. ERS had a team come out very quickly and cleaned up the issue. Would highly recommend.

Had storm damage to my home and ERS took care of all the repairs. Lori the project manager was amazing to work with. She took the time to address all questions and concerns I had. The contractors that completed the repairs did an amazing job. Roofing, siding, soffit, fascia, painting, they did it all. Couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Insurance company was a real pain to work with at first and Lori was great at keeping me apprised of communication between ERS and insurance to ease my fears about what was covered. Can’t thank ERS, Lori, and the contractors enough. God willing my family and I never have to go through the ordeal of home damage again, but if we do I know who to call.

Very positive experience. Everyone was very professional and friendly, my house was cleaned up everyday and the crew was respectful of my home. Brian & Patty were a pleasure to have doing the work. They made themselves available for any questions and it was obvious that they took pride in their work. I’m thrilled with the results and it was done in a timely manner.

When you have any kind of water emergency, ERS all the way!! We had a sump pump failure that had our basement fill with 6" of water. We have a finished basement, carpet, drywall,...etc. It was a hot mess. I called ERS and they had a team of people at our house in less than an hour. They were a well oiled machine. They took the precautionary measures that I've ever seen a contractor take to make sure that they protected our flooring & carpeting that hadn't gotten wet, from getting wet/damaged. They cleaned up the water and had dozens of fans and dehumidifiers in place in no time. They applied a safe chemical that would prevent/kill mold. The elevated every last personal item in our basement on blocks so the floor would dry beneath. They monitored the house daily until the moisture levels were proper. They were always on time and the people were extremely informative & professional at every step of the way. They worked with our insurance company to make sure that nothing was missed or overlooked as the insurance companies often like to try and do. If there was a 10 star rating these guys would get it...all day long. ERS you guys are the best!! Thanks for all your help!!

Lori was awesome and very patient with all of our questions. She explained the whole process along the way and always kept in touch. The people she sent us to help in the restoration after our water damage were all extremely kind and thorough, and the part with the water damage looks better than ever!! I would highly recommend working with ERS and will do so again should the need arise!
