Levi and the team at Emergency Restoration Specialists were incredibly professional and responsive in the aftermath of storms flooding water into my basement. The basement flooded after a failed sump pump. A good friend of ours referred us to ERS. They came out right away in the morning when they said they would. Reassured us that they would dry everything out and save everything as that is their number one priority. The same day the crew of three came over and started the drying process. Everyone was so personable and respectful to my family, especially to my 2 year old daughter who said hi to them every time they went up and down the stairs. All of our belongings were treated with respect and moved around gently. We felt very comfortable having them in our home. I hope that we never have to go through the stress of a flooded basement again, but we know that if we do ERS is the one we will call. ERS is also who we will refer family and friends to if they are in need. Thank you for the great service and for getting our basement back to normal!!
