Turns out they have been doing maintenance on the boiler with a thermocouple that fails every 1-2 years. Also turns out a $30 more thermocouple exists that needs replacement every 4-5 years... whats more important? customer or job security?

I had Brown Heating and AC install central air at our previous residence and they installed it a day early and in very timely manner. Had them check over the furnace at our new residence before winter and were very prompt, called ahead, and fixed our issue at a very reasonable price. Have been recommending Brown HVAC to anyone I know that is looking for someone in this trade, and they have been very happy too. Highly recommend.
