Highly recommend! Al and his crew are amazing! We had half a tree come down during a storm that came through our kitchen ceiling. The initial remediation company’s repair was not done correctly and we needed it redone ASAP. The SERVPRO of Madison team came in and immediately took care of the issues. The roof was re-tarped, the wet insulation and drywall were removed, and a proper dehumidification system was set up within hours. The relief from getting this done correctly and efficiently was immediate. These are stressful situations. Having friendly, competent and knowledgeable professionals come in was essential to getting us back on the right track to restore our home. I hope we never have an event like this again. But if we do, I know that Al and his SERVPRO of Madison team will be our first call.

I don’t think you could find a more responsive and respectful clean up and safety crew. Their post-cleanup testing for mold was particularly important so I could replace what was confirmed to have mold damage, but not the areas that didn’t. I did not run this through my insurance, so money savings and peace of mind were important. They gave me that. Highly, highly recommend!

Wow! Woke up to a collapsed ceiling due to a pipe leak. Servpro was at our house by 11 am ready to take action. In a few hours we had a plan and understood clearly the next steps! Daily follow up was so appreciated! Never want to have water damage but if you do, this team was awesome to work with! Tammy, Dave, Mike and Jackie all played different roles but together did a great job.

Kevin and Tammy were amazing and truly helpful assessing the water damage in our basement. Tammy helped to get the process started. Kevin was extremely professional and very informative. No one wants to deal with water damage but Kevin and Tammy made the process easy. Communication from start to finish was seamless.

My mother Sarah, had a major flood in her condo. Servpro was there quickly and got right to work. Tyler and Kolton managed everything so well. They went above and beyond. Even furniture we thought was a loss, survived because they had fans on everything so fast. Their crew got the place completely dried out, safely moved furniture, boxed up dishes, and even helped with taking some furniture apart. They were very respectful of mom’s property. Kolton and Taylor are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They also communicated well with mom’s insurance company. We like them so much, we are having them manage the rebuild. Servpro of Madison did a great job of cleaning our home lower level after a frozen drain pipe caused waste water to back up. They were on site the next day to remove carpeting, cut damaged dry wall, sanitize and dry out our finished lower level. The team of Travis Cota, Manuel, Jackson and Marcio did a great job, were very efficient and professional. I would not hesitate to call them, although I hope to never need their services again.

We had a water leak in our basement due to an issue with our humidifier. It soaked about a 20x4 foot area of carpet in our finished basement. We contacted SERVPRO, and Jackie was at our house within an hour! She was extremely professional and courteous, and had the tools and knowledge to take care of the issue on the spot! We are so grateful that due to her fast response, we did not have to pull up/replace our almost new carpet! We would highly recommend SERVPRO, and especially Jackie!!

I cannot say enough good things about ServPro of Madison! In June 2024, our transitional shelter was hit with severe flooding due to heavy rains, and we had water literally coming up through the concrete. In the middle of the night, I called Ray at ServPro of Madison, and to my amazement, he had a crew and equipment at our facility first thing the next morning.

We would highly recommend Servpro of Madison to anyone with water issues in your home. We had a water leak under our kitchen sink and water ran onto oak flooring. Servpro came out the same day we called and offered information on what they could do, their services and prices for what they recommended to do. They were efficient, reliable, and courteous. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Had curbing installed less than a year ago. It did not last for one Wisconsin winter. Have called and emailed Nick multiple times but no reply. Very poor customer service.

Earthscape came and installed concrete curbing for us. They came back later and sealed the cement. Everything was done in a timely manner. Emails and phone calls were responded to. Great to work with.

I made an appointment with Nick and he never showed. I followed up with a phone call, left a message, and received a text about an hour later that said, "sorry, I totally forgot, let's reschedule." So, I replied and suggested a new time to meet, and I never received a response.

Neighbor had Nick install curbing so wanted to get a quote. Meeting setup and no show or call to reschedule. I called to find out eta and got a text back to reschedule. Rescheduled apt was also no show. Very disappointing!

I have had more than one estimate setup with Earthscape with no one showing up and not even an apology when rescheduling. I took off work for these meetings. So I called All Star and reached the Earthscape voicemail. I thought I called the wrong number, so I tried again and it was Earthscape.
BE WARNED- Earthscapes Curb & Mulch and All Star Curb are the same! The address is the same and the phone number is the same as the EarthScape office
I do not know why they have 2 companies offering the same services. Are they trying to set market prices by sending out estimates from 2 companies? Are they trying to get additional calls coming in for more work? Are they trying to cover up the bad name of Earthscape?
This is dishonest business practice.

They were friendly and responsive. I am thrilled with how our curb turned out.
