Getting an estimate online, and scheduling was easy and fast. Good communication, arrived on schedule, actually early after calling to see if that was OK. Very good job, we had windows cleaned inside , outside, and sills/ tracks. Good work for a good price.

This is an exceptional service. I set the appt and got a price online within a week without having to speak with anyone. They arrived a little early to our house. I chose to wash the inside of the windows so received a reduced price. Great work. The windows shine. I already referred someone to you who will be calling you soon.

We had TKS wash our entire house. They were easy to communicate with, came highly recommended by neighbors, were competitively priced, and the results are outstanding. Jason did our work and was very professional. I have saved their information and will use them again in the future.

They were on time and friendly. The outside of the house looked great when finished. The windows weren't fully cleaned, were streaky, and the sills weren't fully wiped out. They had to come back for several windows including the skylight which was completely missed and the second time around it seemed like an inconvenience to them and the friendliness was not there. They seemed like they cared about the exterior washing but windows (in and out) were done quickly and called done without a second look to make sure they even looked okay. I can recommend this company for exterior washing but not the other services. I believe for the high cost there are better options.

The TKS team did a phenomenal job cleaning our aluminum siding. They took their time and sprayed/wiped away all of the worst spots that were riddled with mold, cobwebs, and even a beehive! They did it safely and with a smile. My partner who thought he would "get around to doing it" was even shocked at how amazing the siding looked afterwards and was grateful he could wipe this task off his list and leave it to the professionals! Highly recommend.

TKS is super responsive and friendly and will absolutely do what they can to make sure the job is ultimately done well and that you are satisfied.

We've had them out twice and had issues with the work both times (streaky windows, sills not actually wiped), and both times they've done everything they could to make it right.

The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because we've had to do follow up to get to a good outcome.

But if you're willing to do the back and forth, they're very good to work with and will get the job done right.

TKS Exterior Cleaning is an outstanding company! Tim, the owner, takes special care to make sure that their staff goes above and beyond to make your home sparkle. His wife, Vicky, personally calls to check on the satisfaction level of the job done. We had the soft cleaning of the exterior of our home done. After their magic, the siding looked amazing. The staff even cleaned our pergola and patio, which hadn't been in the agreement. They effectively cleaned our many windows on all three levels. The staff was polite and efficient. When I noticed some streaking on a few of the windows, I mentioned it in an email. Vicky called immediately to address my concern. She and Tim diligently worked to remedy the slight annoyance. Tim came himself, discovering that some of the cleaning solution had gotten on the inside of the glass panel due to the cold temperatures. The solution was quick and easy. Now ALL of our windows are clear and sparkle for winter. I would and will highly recommend TKS to all of my family and friends! Thank you Tim, Vicky and your staff!

I hired TKS to clean my windows and screens inside and out. I am very happy with the work they did. I have a LOT of French pane windows, and they were literally gleaming when they left. They arrived on time, were very personable, communicated well, and wore their COVID masks when inside the house for safety. I would definitely hire them again for window cleaning and/or other services.

It has been a month since TKS applied the External House Washing Package to.our house.
The siding & gutters still look really clean compared to when I power washed the house myself.
I would highly recommend there service.

TKS did a superb job of cleaning our deck. Tim was very responsive when scheduling, professional and friendly at the house, and did an excellent job on the deck. It looks even better than I had hoped! It never looked this good when we did it ourselves. I am planning on having them clean our deck yearly. It was fast, efficient and looks beautiful!

The employees were professional with a hint of down home feeling. My windows had not been washed for a REALLY long time due to my previous health problems. The boys were not the least bit judgemental about my dirty windows. I had to leave my home early and was told not to worry about the invoice as that would be sent in the mail. In my opinion, that's professionalism at its best. Also, the quote for the job was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company again and I will surely use this company in the future.

Tim and his crew are professional and do an excellent job. They took the time to walk our property before and after the power washing, and were able to show me the results. Our house looks brand new! I would highly recommend selecting TKS for your power-washing and gutter cleaning needs.

We received inside and outside window washing service. I received a quote online immediately and a callback to schedule right away. The two gentleman who came were quick, professional, wore shoe covers in the house, and took care to tidy up after their work was complete. They even did the garage window which I wasn’t really expecting.
The windows look overall very good, just a few streaky places, and it was very overcast day — they finished just before it started to pour.
The inside window sills weren’t perfect in some places but were obviously cleaned, not worth calling them back over. I would work with this service again, maybe not wait so late in the year (1st week of November). The price was reasonable, and I was satisfied.

It's a pleasure to have TKS/Cloute do our Commercial Office Cleaning. We all spend long hours on the job so it's nice to come into a clean office space to get our job done. Not having to worry about the appearance/cleanliness of our office is greatly appreciated. Obviously the cleaning is on point but the communication is fantastic as well (since we never see the crew), our needs are always met above and beyond.

Our home is 19 years old and we live in the country where it has accumulated dirt/pollen over the years. I was skeptical it would even come off. We had TKS come out to see what they could do. I was absolutely amazed that they restored it to like new. Jason & Zach were very friendly, personable & professional.

We also opted to have our windows screens cleaned. Wow....was that ever worth the extra money!!! Looking out our windows before was like looking through a filter. Now we have to walk right up to the window to actually see the screen is still on!

They were efficient and did an amazing job with my 3 level home. My windows were extremely dirty due to living close to the highway and nature. The did all sides of my windows, plus worked around my mischievous puppy.

TKS Window Cleaning is the type of business that you want to work with; thorough job, quick response and follow up emails, on time, and reasonable prices. Tim Sullivan is a man of his word, he takes pride in his work and making customers satisfied. He washed our windows (outside) and power washed our 2 story house to our specifications. I highly recommend him. This is the second time that we have hired Tim and will use TKS again in the future. He is simply the best.

I did not realize just how much my house needed this until it was done (my siding looks brand new & my windows sparkle!). Tim did a wonderful job! What I enjoyed equally as having a sparkling house was how easy he made it. From the online quote to scheduling to completing the job-everything was easy for me! Tim himself was prompt, professional and courteous, as well. I highly recommend.

Tim was very responsive. We asked to reschedule due to another home maintenance project, and he was very helpful. Came on the scheduled day on time. When I requested his insurance (in case the house was damaged) he explained his more gentle system of washing, and provided his insurance information. Our house and windows look great--all of the green mold is gone (and there was a lot) and the windows are sparkling. He was very meticulous in the work he did. We are very satisfied.

We used TKS for our partial roof cleaning and washing of the siding of our whole house. We were very pleased in meeting with Tim from TKS in person before we committed to the job. Since it is our first time power washing this large of a home, Tim did spend quality time explaining answers to all of our questions. We did feel very confident once he left. Communication was very good upon meeting throughout finish of the power washing job. We are very pleased overall with his employees and the job is well done.
