Reviews of local pros in DeForest, Wisconsin

TKS Window Cleaning is the type of business that you want to work with; thorough job, quick response and follow up emails, on time, and reasonable prices. Tim Sullivan is a man of his word, he takes pride in his work and making customers satisfied. He washed our windows (outside) and power washed our 2 story house to our specifications. I highly recommend him. This is the second time that we have hired Tim and will use TKS again in the future. He is simply the best.

I did not realize just how much my house needed this until it was done (my siding looks brand new & my windows sparkle!). Tim did a wonderful job! What I enjoyed equally as having a sparkling house was how easy he made it. From the online quote to scheduling to completing the job-everything was easy for me! Tim himself was prompt, professional and courteous, as well. I highly recommend.

Tim was very responsive. We asked to reschedule due to another home maintenance project, and he was very helpful. Came on the scheduled day on time. When I requested his insurance (in case the house was damaged) he explained his more gentle system of washing, and provided his insurance information. Our house and windows look great--all of the green mold is gone (and there was a lot) and the windows are sparkling. He was very meticulous in the work he did. We are very satisfied.

We used TKS for our partial roof cleaning and washing of the siding of our whole house. We were very pleased in meeting with Tim from TKS in person before we committed to the job. Since it is our first time power washing this large of a home, Tim did spend quality time explaining answers to all of our questions. We did feel very confident once he left. Communication was very good upon meeting throughout finish of the power washing job. We are very pleased overall with his employees and the job is well done. We will use Tim for our maintenance of the home in years to come. Great job TKS!

For the 2nd year in a row, TKS did a great job cleaning the in/outside of our windows. They have reasonable rates, friendly staff and work extremely efficiently. Windows were spotless. Won't hesitate to call them again for services.

This is the first time we hired a service to clean our windows inside and out. The TKS team is phenomenal! Communications were timely and clear. The technicians arrived on time, were very friendly, and were conscientious of me working from home during their service. The quality of workmanship on the windows was amazing! Why spend a day cleaning your windows when you can have the TKS team do a better job in less time?! Highly recommend!

Ethan and Devon did a great job on our windows last week. They were very conscientious about doing a thorough job and respectful of our property. I will likely contact TKS again for windows and other outdoor cleaning. It was great that they could schedule the windows the day before we had a big dinner party so everything looked nice a fresh for our company.

This company is wonderful. Very professional and personable company to work with. They are very responsive to the client work request. The quality of the completed job was really fantastic. "10 out of 10" Very reasonable rates. My home has never looked better. Follow up after the job was completed by one of the owners was really impressive. I will most definitely hire this company for future projects. Thank you TKS! Carol RN

I reached out to TKS a Division of Cloute Inc for window cleaning service one evening and by the morning I had someone there taking care of our windows! Incredibly fast response, quick turnaround time, very affordable compared to others and they did an impeccable job. They will do our windows forever! 10/10 would highly recommend!

TKS cleaned our windows and power washed our home and concrete patio. The staff were courteous, professional and did a fantastic job! The power wash took years of dirt off the siding and concrete. They did a great job detailing the interior and exterior windows. It was well worth the money and saved us a ton of time. We listed our home for sale 4 days later and received several comments about the excellent appearance of the exterior of our home. I highly recommend TKS!

Cleaning windows means they are either clean or dirty. My windows are clean but ripping screens off to get to them isn't. Screens come off from the inside not man handled from the outside. Refused to repair or replace and told me they didn't do it when I actually was sitting 3 feet away on the inside and saw it happen.

Had an amazing duo at the house to clean gutters and change out screens for storms. The guys did the most fantastic job and the windows are so clean. Quite possibly the best windows cleaning service I’ve experienced!

Exceptional service from start to finish. The team was on time, professional and incredibly thorough. They took ownership over everything I need to get cleaned around the house. I will definitely be using their service again. Thank you 🙏

The ladies that cleaned our house did a fantastic job and were friendly and professional. Jenny did a great job communicating with us and making sure our needs were met.

Excellent cleaning from CoCo Services! Jenniffer visited prior to cleaning to know my preferences. She was friendly and cheerful and aiming to please! They did not disappoint; the house was sparkling when they finished!

Amazing first clean! Can’t believe I waited so long to treat myself to this service!

Exceeded expectations already with the first clean. Really glad we opted to go with Coco cleaning services.

My house is the cleanest it’s been in 20 years! I am so impressed with the depth of their cleaning service and every interaction has been professional, friendly and enjoyable. They are also very accommodating to pets and treat them with the same professional and friendly manner. I would highly recommend Coco Cleaning Services!
