From start to finish dealing with Tom on logistics, including the equipment and scheduling to the final install, everything went pretty much as planned.
Him and the two others that showed up from his company cared about how clean the areas were that they were working in and made sure we understood how the equipment they installed worked.
Highly recommend this company.

My furnace was short cycling. In true DIY fashion I tried to clean (then ultimately replace) the flame sensor - still short cycling. That’s it - call Tom now. He and his wife Betsy came out on a Saturday afternoon and 90 minutes, and 2 other components later we were good again!

We will call Tom again when we can get a new furnace 👍

Moved into our new home and needed the dryer vent cleaned. They were able to get out to the home in a timely manner. Great customer service and competitive pricing. Highly recommend!

I am more than satisfied with the service Tom, from Yoders Heating and Cooling LLC, provided. My a/c failed to work at the start of this summer (I had too many other things going on and fixing this was not my top priority at that point in time) I went to get 5 quotes from different companies to repair/ replace my 29 year old unit. While Tom was the fifth company I had lined up, he was by far the best. The other 4 were very salesman like and trying to make the sale. Tom was very caring and offered me some help/ temporary band aid while I took the time to decide who I was going to go with and what unit I wanted. He even said to me "Even if you go with someone else this, (his temporary solution) will at least keep you comfortable while you decide." That type of caring and service is hard to come by now a days. Yoders is a small business and as owning a small business myself......I want to support other small businesses. Out of my 5 quotes I got, Yoders was very competitive on it.....and with Toms great service it was a no brainer for me on who to go with. I just wished I would have went with them sooner. I am looking forward to having them do my annual tune ups on my ac and furnace going forward. Also if you go with them, which I think you will be just as happy with them as I am if you do, ask them about their service plan. To me the service plan with them was also a no brainier. Fantastic job Yoders!

We use Yoders Heating and Cooling for all our work on our properties. We ONLY use Yoders and would not use anyone else. Tom has always been honest, hard working and extremely reasonable in his pricing. We refer everyone we know to Yoders.

Yoders Heating and Cooling is top notch. The scheduling process was easy and accommodating. The install was very seamless and they went out of their way to make sure I was educated on all the new equipment. They are super friendly and very easy to work with, easily a FIVE STAR company!!

Tom misquoted work I hired him to do. He gave me a quote, showed up for the job, realized he didnt pay enough attention (he overlooked my basement ceiling being drywalled ) He started the job but decided after cutting three vents holes in my floors that he didn't want to finish the job he misquoted. Than he sent Elizabeth his admin person to do his lying for him. They now demand i remove the entire ceiling and verify there is no mold or asbestos before they will return. We discussed the condition of the basement, specifically that there is soke mold and likely asbestos wrapped pipes. The morning he arrived to do the job he immediatelyadmitted he screwed up. He assured me he would do the work anyways as it was his mistake. Now he won't respond to messages sent directly to him, and Elisabeth is like dealing with a child who will not admit they are wrong. Despite the very good reviews, it has been a nightmare trying to get this company to follow through with what they said they would do. I strongly recommend you look elsewhere for your work.

Yoders H&C was fantastic. They diagnosed the problem with our old furnace and got our new furnace/AC installed the next day (to save us from below freezing WI temps!). We cannot thank Yoders enough.

Tom was great! Very knowledgeable and timely. Our home has never had a central AC system until now. They did a new install for us and were great at explaining everything that needed to be done. After the work was complete they left the site very clean! Would definitely recommend this company to anyone and everyone needing HVAC services. Tom will tell you what your home needs VS some of the other companies that just insist that you need to replace everything. Thanks for the great experience Yoders!

I had an outstanding experience with Yoders heating and cooling. From the very first phone call with Elisabeth, she was very professional, responsive, and truly committed to customer service. The specialist, Tom arrived as scheduled, quickly reviewed the work that is needed and explained everything in clear, simple terms so I could understand exactly what needs to be done. They gave me different quotes to choose from and were quick in installing. I highly recommended them.

Yoders has saved us twice this year!

First our A/C broke this summer and we had others come look at it. They only wanted to sell us a new unit. Not Yoders! They repaired our unit until we were able to replace it and I was so thankful to have cool air again!

Today our furnace broke … I knew better than to call anyone else this time! Thomas came out and repaired our furnace so we could have heat and are planning to replace the furnace too.

They are fast, friendly and highly capable and great prices too!

Tom Yoder showed up on time. Did the job like a pro in record time and was out of here with only a service call to install my nest thermostat on my Mr. Heater Big Max unit heater in my man cave.
