I contacted Branch Out Tree Service to have a number of large tree trimmed and possibly one removed. They were extremely responsive and punctual. I got three bids, and they were the least expensive and did the work immediately.

Spencer was very knowledgeable and told us the tree we thought may need removal was alive and well...just needed the dead branches removed. He even educated me on how to trim a small tree in my yard myself.

The work was done promptly and done as Spencer and I discussed. The crew did all the cleanup work and left my property with no debris at all.

I highly recommend branch out for all of your tree service needs!!

Kevin provided great service for my small project. One inquiry, one visit for an estimate, and before I knew it - work was complete as bid. Cleanup was so thorough, if not for the cut marks on the trees, you wouldn’t have known they were there. Thanks much!

I called in to get a quote on cutting some trees down that are close to my pole shed. Kevin text me that he could show up earlier than our appointment which worked out in my favor. When he arrived he could tell I wasn’t too sure about actually getting the trees cut. He gave me a more than fair quote and told me there was no pressure about getting it done. We were very pleased with Branch Out Tree Service. Kevin gave us a reasonable quote for taking down a huge, dead tree. He was able to schedule the work in a timely manner. He responded to us quickly, whenever we contacted him. He was very considerate and called

Kevin and his crew were great from the bidding process through to completion. We needed some trees trimmed and had concerns about the structure of some others. Kevin is very knowledgeable and passionate about trees, he provided feedback that helped us make informed decisions about which trees to save vs take down. Highly recommend them.

I filled out the online form to have a 20' tree cut down. I did not need it cut up or hauled, just dropped. Kevin Palmer got back to me very timely, with a minimum quote of $500+. I responded back that I could not afford that as I had previously told him I was on disability and had a very limited budget. I thanked Kevin for his quote. It should have ended there. But instead, Kevin proceeded to tell me that I could indeed afford it, but it was "out of my realm of understanding". He continued by saying "there isn't anyone, that I value as a human being, that will do it cheaper". Well guess what, Kevin, I very much DO value the human being that dropped the tree for $50. What I don't value is someone who presumes to know what I can or cannot afford, and that his attitude is acceptable. Shame on you for not just letting it go with my decline of your service. You had to take it a step further, therefore you are solely deserving of this 1 star review. Good job.

Kevin was a top-notch (get it!) professional from the get-go. He responded to my communications in more than good time along the way. He was honest and considerate in his evaluations of my initial needs when having him on site. Day of the job was maybe 8 degrees for the high, him and his staff worked right along as if it was 50 degrees. Give him a ring when seeking a certified arborist, I'll be using him for future tree removal needs that are beyond my personal scope.

Kevin and his team is a top notch professional service. Very response, on -time, provided a formal explicit quote, worked hard from the time they got their till they left (~4 hrs), very courteous. Made sure all details of what we wanted were understood before starting, and confirmed we were happy before they left. Took very good care not to damage any undergrowth. Kevin is a licensed Arborists so he was careful to prune in a way that would not over stress the trees, and diagnose concerns we had with the trees. They trimmed 6 mature Basswood tress (50ft high) and an Ash tree. They were very reasonably priced. I will DEFINITELY use them in the future. Thanks Branch Out Tree Service !!!

Kevin responded quickly to my request for a quote to remove trees at my rental property. I received the quote right away and work was done within 2 weeks. We were very impressed by the kindness and friendliness of the crew. They were considerate about working within a small space and careful with the property. They did not damage the lawn and even cleaned off the roof when done. I would definitely recommend them!

In November I hired Branch Out Tree Service to remove two large tree's that were very close to the house as well as trimming dead branches. Kevin was great to work with. He and his crew did a great job. Everything was cleaned up and hauled away when I returned to the house. I would highly recommend them.

Kevin and his team have been out to our property several times to drop trouble trees too complicated to bring down myself. There is no one I’d trust more to ensure a safe removal of a dangerous, technically challenging tree. In addition to his skill set, he is dependable, fast, and his pricing is fair. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Kevin was a dream to work with, he came out and gave me a bid right away after inquiring and all the work was done within a week of the bid. He took down around twenty trees in my yard, several of which were very large and close to my house and garage. He took great care on my property and I was very impressed. I contacted Kevin of Br anchout Tree Service to remove a 40'+ dead pine tree, trim dead branches on a nearby tree, grind out the stump, and reseed grass. He promptly got back to me, came to our house to give us an estimate on a Wednesday, and had everything done by that Friday!

Everything, including grinding the stump and planting grass seed was done to our complete satisfaction. Kevin was extremely professional, efficient, and friendly.

We had two large trees that we needed removed from a tight spot, surrounded by a deck, garage, power line, playset. Kevin did a fantastic job removing both of them without any kind of damage. He was very professional and friendly throughout the entire process. When they left, you could hardly tell they had even been here, all brush and debris had been cleaned up. Highly recommended!

Kevin was genuine and kind in his recommendations for my yard that was very overgrown. He talked me through all of his suggestions and was honest. The work they did when they came looks great and the trees and bushes are a lot healthier. His crew did an excellent job with clean up as well. I would fully recommend Kevin and his crew!

Kevin combines very quick response with professional and thorough work, it's a pleasure to work with him and his son. We had a storm that knocked down most of a tree at 7:00 AM, they had the tree totally removed and cleaned up by 1:00 that day.

I filled out the contact form on their website on a Friday and Kevin responded to my inquiry within a few hours. He came to look at my red oak the next day (a Saturday), we had a nice discussion about what needed to be pruned and the cost, and he was at my house to do the work first thing that Monday morning. Kevin (and John) were prompt, efficient, and cleaned up my yard very well. Kevin was so easy to work with and did a great job--I couldn't ask for better service. Would highly recommend!

We have hired Branch Out Tree Service twice for tree removal and pruning. Kevin and his crew are professional and do an excellent job. The first time we had all the brush hauled away and you could not tell any work had been done. This time we had a large tree taken down close to the house. Kevin had to climb and remove all the limbs before taking down the tree. We wanted to keep the wood, they were able to set everything to the side, very neatly, for us to cut up and use. We would highly recommend and use them again.

When the weather and a piece of his machinery didn't cooperate with that date, he communicated his revised plan and still made our "deadline" for the removal of the trees, branches, and brush so we could get our boat lift and docks out of the water.
