Valerie and CeCe did a fantastic job today. I love the extra detail of the presentation to the hand towels, tissue boxes and toilet paper rolls. Thank you ladies. I love my clean house and it smells fantastic.

From the schedulers and administrators to the lovely group of ladies who did the actual cleaning, everyone was kind, professional, and incredibly thorough. I requested a top to bottom deep clean of a home being prepared for sale and they went above and beyond my wildest expectations. No detail was missed and the house looked absolutely gorgeous for pictures and showings afterwards. 100% recommend.

I want to commend her for her excellent service. Drew does an excellent job of cleaning and always leaves my house looking so clean, beautiful and refreshing! She is a very sweet and hard working girl. I have, highly recommended her to my brother and sister-in-law, who will be needing cleaning service soon and I am sure that they will be very pleased with Drew's excellent service and happy to meet her.
I also appreciate Theresa, who is also very sweet, she always keeps me informed, of short notice, when there is an opening available with Drew, if I am in need of a cleaning or at last minute.

Valerie treats our home as if it were her own. We are so grateful for her professionalism, attention to detail and all the sweet little details she pays attention to. (Leaving kitty treats, leaving our tissues, towels and toilet paper looking as though we live in a posh Hotel.) So happy we found Merry Maids!
Also, several weeks ago my 94 year old Father was frantically looking for our two kittens after Valerie arrived. Our kittens are indoor cats. Valerie took it upon herself to text me while I was at work to make me aware she was concerned about my Father overextending himself to find the kittens. I really appreciated this kind gesture, I called my Father and was able to assure him that the kittens were just hiding. So comforting to know Valerie is not only giving us exceptional service, but also concerned for my Father.

Kudos go to Valerie and Breanna whom I’ve had coming for over this past year. What I praise them for if I need anything above of what they do, they’re right on it.
