Ams did an amazing job on our home! They were very friendly and have extremely reasonable rates. I would recommend them to anyone!

Eric Sapp was completely professional and kind to my pets and children. AMS is in my opinion the top rated cleaners in the Jefferson area.

My 10-year-old, light-colored carpets look like new again! Friendly service, convenient scheduling, reasonable price -- everything went smoothly, and my carpets look great. Thank you!

I've used their service once few years ago and had a good experience. Tried to contact them for the last two years numerous times to schedule carpet cleaning , left voicemails and they never return my calls. Poor customer service!

Eric and Julie arrived on time, very friendly, love dogs, did a great job, and at a very reasonable price. I would definitely have them back. Oh, and did I mention they love dogs!

Have had AMS cleaning our carpets for 6 years. Does a great job, very responsive and Very professional. Defiantly recommend 😊

Just thought I'd let everyone know how happy we are with AMS Carpet Cleaning. We have had Eric and Julie clean our home carpets twice, and the carpets in the commercial building we own, and we have been very happy with the results, Great Job!

Used twice now, both times he had issues with his scrubber not working properly. The last time multiple stains came back within a few days. I called to have him come out and fix it and he was going to do come but i was so disgusted by his constant issues i didnt reschedule with him. Its a shame becasue he uses an actual scrubber which i thought was a great idea.

My husband and I purchased a home August 2015 and we contacted AMS to clean our carpet. They did a wonderful job cleaning our carpet. They were very accomodating seeing that we had delivery drivers dropping off furniture during the time they were cleaning our carpet. AMS, you are great at what you do! -Branscombe Family

Eric and his wife were very professional and willing to work around our difficult schedule to come clean our carpet. He was quick and efficient with the cleaning and out carpet looks brand new. I highly recommend them if you live in the Jefferson/ Johnson creek area.

AMS did an amazing job cleaning our carpets! With three younger kids there have been plenty of spills and mishaps. Eric worked wonders and was able to remove spots we thought were permanent. Excellent work at a fair price; I'll continue to use AMS.

I had bought an area rug on Facebook. It was pretty dirty and full of dog hair when I got it. I found AMS carpet cleaning on Google. So glad I did. He was really knowledgeable and honest about what to expect. The rug came out very clean and I'm really happy with his service. Very reasonably priced too! I will be bringing my area rugs to him from now on.

AMS Jefferson did an amazing job today! I'm a very particular person and highly recommend their professional services.

I called them at 750 am this morning and they were here by 10 am, on a Saturday. I had sick dogs that made a huge mess on my white carpet, which I was afraid a replacement would be necessary. Within an hour, AMS got out all the stains, cleaned the entire carpet in that room and another. My carpets were never cleaner and I've had them professionally cleaned before. And the staff was very friendly, professional and understanding of my circumstances. As for cost, I was not charged any more than normal, despite the warranted situation. I will be calling them very soon to come back and clean the rest of my carpeting! Awesome Job, AMS Jefferson! You made my day. Thank you, Traci Skolaski

Eric has done my carpets for years - and I have consistently received excellent service and a top quality work. For my rental properties, Eric has been very timely and has helped me clean some terrible messes. I also trust Eric with cleaning the carpets in my personal home - and I have never been disappointing with the quality of work.

They were extremely friendly, personable, trustworthy and hard-working! My carpets were cleaned in a very efficient manner. They made a great team! The carpets look and smell so fresh and clean! They were wonderful working around my son and our dogs. They couldn't have been nicer! I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend their service.
