This was my second time using this service. I needed a lot of help for tree removal, downed limbs and branches and brush piles. Robin responded quickly and came to the property to assess the situation. I was impressed with his knowledge of the situation and his recommendations for cleanup. He showed up with a crew and set to work immediately. Everyone was professional and worked efficiently. There was a lot to haul away. Would highly recommend.

The owner was doing a tree removal and left a black mark on the door of my new BMW and refused to do anything about it and was a rude a hole about the entire situation I ended up having to make a claim with my insurance company

I've used their service once few years ago and had a good experience. Tried to contact them for the last two years numerous times to schedule carpet cleaning , left voicemails and they never return my calls. Poor customer service!

Just thought I'd let everyone know how happy we are with AMS Carpet Cleaning. We have had Eric and Julie clean our home carpets twice, and the carpets in the commercial building we own, and we have been very happy with the results, Great Job!

Used twice now, both times he had issues with his scrubber not working properly. The last time multiple stains came back within a few days. I called to have him come out and fix it and he was going to do come but i was so disgusted by his constant issues i didnt reschedule with him. Its a shame becasue he uses an actual scrubber which i thought was a great idea.

My husband and I purchased a home August 2015 and we contacted AMS to clean our carpet. They did a wonderful job cleaning our carpet. Eric and his wife were very professional and willing to work around our difficult schedule to come clean our carpet. He was quick and efficient with the cleaning and out carpet looks brand new. I highly recommend them if you live in the Jefferson/ Johnson creek area.

AMS did an amazing job cleaning our carpets! With three younger kids there have been plenty of spills and mishaps. Eric worked wonders and was able to remove spots we thought were permanent. Excellent work at a fair price; I'll continue to use AMS.
