They did wonderful work removing 4 trees and stump grinding. Was amazing to see their skill with a chain saw! Very friendly and respectful crew.

Kolten used my crane service on a massive job and never paid his bill. Now he wont return phone calls. Not very professional when he screws a small company out of money for helping him on one of his jobs

Based on several of previous reviews, I TRIED to use these guys, the first call went well, they were going to the address to get me a bid, the second call a week later to follow-up and check status was fine, they hadn't gotten to it yet but would that afternoon...... from there it went downhill. No response for weeks, then I had to call several times and finely got through, he confirmed my contact info and said he would get back to me in 20 minutes when he got to his notes....... Several voice mails later no response at all. Very disappointing experience

Update: last week they did get back to me and provided what I think is a very reasonable estimate, I have forwarded that to the decision makers at this point. Down to Earth explained they had a family emergency, it happens. Communication still could have been MUCH better.

My in-laws had a tree go down and 2 that were still up and leaning towards the house. We needed someone to take care of it quickly. 1 phone call and the tree was taken care of the next morning. 5 STARS!

Jeff and the crew did an amazing job removing a massive, dead cottonwood from our back yard. I was a little nervous about possible damage to our garden or neighbor's yard, but the crew cut the tree with the precision of a surgeon. Plus, they hauled everything away the same day and left little damage to my yard.
