They did an excellent job and our carpets look great. However, I wish I would have learned about extra options — green guard and anti-allergy spray — ahead of time. I always feel pressured when such things are brought up at the last minute. I understand the reason for omitting the mention of extra costs, but I would appreciate hearing about the options in advance.

The two technicians were prompt, and courteous. They did a better job on my carpets than I was expecting. They worked quickly and efficiently. I have no complaints and I would definitely recommend them to others!

Bluegreen is an excellent company and we have been more than pleased with their services. We have used them for carpet cleaning as well as tile restoration, grouting and sealing. Every time they have done work, the staff has been overly friendly, kind and professional. Their prices are competitive, I would highly recommend their services.

Your guys were fabulous! They arrived before the snow plow and rather than track in snow, they shoveled the driveway before even ringing the bell! They worked extra hard at vacuuming under the king sized bed for me, helping greatly with my dust allergy! And their carpet cleaning was excellent. The oriental rug looks bright and crisp again and they totally removed recent urine marks from our pup! Once again, kudos to Bluegreen for having the very best service professionals out there. See you next year!

They do a really good job. I especially liked the pet urine cleaner. They had to reschedule once, and they gave me the allergy treatment at no charge. I am having my carpets cleaned again, and a couch and loveseat. (Pet urine) at the ends of both pieces!

I contacted Bluegreen to have my hardwood floors buffed and sealed. They did a fantastic job! The gentlemen were on time, very nice, and gave great advice on taking care of hardwood flooring. They got out the dark color from the high traffic areas and now my floor looks even and shiny again. Great pricing and very quick response time. Thank you for the great work!
