So glad we found this hidden secret just outside of Shawano. The office staff is always friendly and helpful and techs were professional, clean, knowledgeable and quick. Not your average plumbing service.

I had Zimdars plumbing and heating install new gas pipes, a tankless water heater and a high efficiency boiler in my home. The employees are professionals that know how to get the job done right.

They made an appointment that we did not agree to and showed up unexpectedly.

We called these guys weeks ago and one of them said they would stop by on their way home from work to take a look at our problem that day or the next day, but couldn't do the repairs for a couple weeks because they were booked out. Well, he never stopped by; he ghosted us. We never had an appointment otherwise. So we chose to get it repaired by someone else and not just sit around for them... of course. Then a week or so passes and they finally call us back leaving a voicemail telling us when they can come by. Gave us a 1 day couple-hour window. We did not answer the phone, nor contact them back because after lying and ignoring us, they lost our business.

Fast forward to today, I look out my back door and see someone just standing there. A Zimdar rep was showing up for the appointment they randomly made without our permission/discussion/confirmation. What?

Contracting with Zimdars to replace our 35+ yr. old hot water heater was a breeze. Tom stopped by to review our current situation, set-up an installation time that suited us, and had the crew at our home on time with everything they needed. Removal & replacement of the old heater took them less than an hour & a half to perform. The installation crew thoroughly cleaned-up after themselves & the new hot water heater was giving us hot water in less than 3 hours.
I highly recommend Zimdars for your plumbing needs.
