Have had a great experience. My house looks brand new.... the gutters are clean and the leak is fixed. Plus the sidewalk looks brand new as well. Jerry followed through on his promises and that meant the world to me. I'd highly reccommend Premier Exterior Cleaning. The cost was a little bit more, but I didn't mind paying extra for the great results and the great service.

I cannot say enough wonderful comments about Premier Exterior Cleaning. Jerry was so kind, efficient and professional when it came to my gutters. He was so honest and gave super helpful tips on some trouble areas of my house. I hope that he never retires because I plan on using Premier Exterior Cleaning not only in the fall but also in the spring to brighten up my homes exterior. Thank you a million times over for the amazing job!!

Jerry is very prompt, conscientious, and friendly. He did an excellent job cleaning our gutters on our two story house. He returned another day to, at no extra charge, make sure all was well. His honesty and commitment to service is rare and greatly appreciated. I have already referred him to friends.

Jerry is very nice and professional. We hired him to clean our gutters, wash our house and walkway. We couldn't be happier. It looks great! We realize eventually we'll need new siding, but Jerry did a great job of livening our current siding back up. Also, he removed so much debris from our gutters probably saving those for a while too. I didn't get a whole lot of before and after pics of everything but check out the stone on the front of our house. I never knew it would be so bright! Mold and mildew be gone! When Jerry came out to do our estimate, he walked me around the house and discussed everything he noticed that needed to be addressed. When he finished the job, he walked my husband and me around the house again for final inspection. We are more than satisfied and highly recommend Premier Exterior Cleaning Svc. Thank you Jerry!

Prices were higher then a local nursery

Picked up some tiny left behind flowers! Wasn't sure they would even live, but the 6 different (3 & 3) at 60 cents 4 of the 6, & 80 cents for the 2 other, was worth a try! Wanted something on either side of my front door. Looked pretty pathetic @ 1st, but in no time @ all they filled the pots with beautiful blooms & fragrance! Happy I took a chance!

Poor performance this year! We had tons of weeds and crabgrass growing this year. We used to be very pleased with them, but not sure what happened this year. Poor quality performance and horrible customer service. No one calls you back to see why you aren't satisfied.

I would avoid this company on basis of poor customer service and lying ("giving misinformation") to customers regarding communication. Was called on 4/16/2025 by this company to renew service (had been with them entire previous summer), agreed on basis of two cuts one in May, one in late May/early June and with the assurance I would receive a text message or a phone call prior to service. Noticed a charge on my account today but the lawn hadn't appeared to have been cut this season yet (I do not reside at service property location but had stopped by), when I called to ask when service was done and when the next service would be I was told "service happened on 4/29 and next service will be within 7-10 days on average" and was told that I was "misinformed" and they do not do ANY form of communication/notice prior to cutting, however this was the main basis for the reason for opting to renew this year prior to selling our property in Mid/Late June.
I would avoid their service because if they did really cut the lawn on 4/29 it was clearly a half done job, and they lie to customers to get them to renew their service with assurances of communication that does not exist. Poor performance and poor customer service I opted to cancel my service at the knowledge of this. Thank you. Account #402242

Horrible customer service. They were great at our old house. Took them 30 minutes to spray. Bought new house bigger lawn, they were here a total of 50 minutes for 4 sprays never touching any of the mosquitos. Would say b3 out in 2-3 days, over 2 weeks. Spent over 400 dollars for them to do nothing and now won't answer or return my calls after asking for a refund, I've never recieved. Called a different company, were out the next day, and mosquito free for 3 2 weeks. What a scam

My experience with this company was horrendous. Never in my 55 years of living have I experienced something like this. When the guy who cut my lawn arrived, his tone of voice wasn't very nice. I didn't really think anything of it. I just ignored it. After my service, I went around the yard and was doing yard work, and I saw that they missed so many spots. I called, and they wouldn't fix it without me, paying another fee. There was also another time when I used their service, i was getting my trees trimmed, and they left tree trimmings all over the yard, i felt like it was a minor incident so I wasn't
gonna make a review. But now that I had their service again, and it was done poorly, i am making a review. I am very disappointed. I will never go back to them again.

Naturescape has done our lawn treatments for several years. We are pleased with our lawn’s appearance and the service we have received over that time.

Completely ruined my lawn. Management would never contact you to look at the lawn. Office people on the phone were friendly. They did come back to respray. A competitor stopped in and told me in 10 seconds what Naturescape did wrong and what he would do to fix it which is all I wanted from Naturescape. I hired the competitor. I would never reccomend Naturescape. Notice the rows of crabgrass in the pictures.

Very, very, frustrated with Naturescape this year. As it is I'm giving them a second chance after last year's fiasco. Only half of my back lawn was treated and they left, apparently hoping I wouldn't notice. Twice they have called and we'll be there tomorrow. Twice, they are a no show with a bizarre and hurried message about we'll swing by next time we're in your neighborhood. Poor communication and poor service. Naturescape, you can and must do better!

I had a lawn treatment on 10/6/2025 and my lawn is still full of weeds. I have had weeds in my yard all summer with their treatments. My lawn looks horrible compared to my neighbors that all use Tru Green. I have enclosed pictures of a small area in front of my home that is full of weeds. I have them 2 stars because they are better priced than others however, you get what you pay for.

Had 7 large trees that needed trimming around structures, etc. Fast friendly service and professional crew. Removed branches, cut to firewood size and hauled away all scrap branches. Very satisfied

Jerry was prompt in returning my call and showing up to give me a very fair estimate. He did a great job listening to my concerns and making sound recommendations. He followed up in a timely manner to complete the job when weather conditions became suitable. Jerry and his helper, Scott, did an outstanding job in my backyard. They did a multitude of tasks: thinned out and trimmed branches on my maple tree that had grown too near to power lines, trimmed and thinned the dead wood from my overgrown red twig dogwoods, and trimmed all my other shrubs and ornamentals including lilacs, hydrangeas, and my overgrown trumpetvine. Their clean up and removal of all the trimmed branches was superior. They even raked the yard! I highly recommend Pleasant View Forestry and Landscaping – honest, professional, friendly, safe, and great pricing.

This was the only company to answer their phones and offer an estimate. Jerry was prompt and honest with his suggestions and estimate. The job was completed quickly and the clean up was super. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I did not receive a call saying he would be doing the job on this day, and seeing as the tree was in a locked fenced yard, a call would have been nice so I could make accommodations.
