Katie and Vicki were extremely patient and helpful with my bathroom remodel needs. Extremely satisfied with the quality of my custom cherry vanity and Corian top as well as the beautiful champagne bronze fixtures. No hassle exchange with the faulty kitchen faucet.

I was having a hard time sourcing an uncommon piece of ductwork locally, but thanks to the amazing customer service team at MSS, I was able to get what I needed quickly and affordably. These guys are awesome!

Beware, they don't stand behind the products they sell. I hate to leave a review like this but the truth might save some unfortunate customer the disappointment we've experienced. We were told by the sales lady the reason they charge over 4 times more for their products is they are a much better quality than what is sold at Home Depot. Their cabinets and faucets are, however their toilets are not. They charged us $400 per toilet which is being outperformed by our $100 toilet from Home Depot. We have had a 75% failure rate with the internal flush valves in just over 1 year time. The one toilet that hasn't failed yet rarely gets used. When I confronted Scott he told me there is only a 1 year warranty on parts and "I should keep in mind these are their economy line of toilets". I asked Scott if he could explain why our $100 Home Depot toilets were outperforming his economy line of toilets that were 4 times as expensive and he responded with "let's just focus on fixing this". We ordered the replacement parts for all four toilets which ended up being the incorrect parts (fill valves vs flush valves) which they charged us 150% more than what I could have purchased them for at Home Depot. I had to then place a subsequent order for the correct parts (flush valves) at a premium as these parts are not able to be sourced locally. As a business owner I understand the challenges associated with running a business. As a human being I understand that you will know a tree by their fruits. When you tell someone you're paying top dollar for a better quality product that fails to which you respond by refusing to stand behind the product, let alone even make an attempt to make things right, but rather respond by gouging them with excessively marked up replacement parts and them letting them know they would need to ship the other products back at the customers cost of course to get a refund. This tells you everything you need to know about who you're doing business with at Mid-State Supply.

After calling a "sewer and drain" contractor that said they couldn't fix the issue, I called Ahern. They set me up with an appointment the next day.
After sending a camera through the sewer with no luck, he pushed several cutters through and cleared the pipe. Then sent the camera back through to show me and to look for any other issues.
I was fully expecting to pay $3000-$5000 to repair/replace sewer pipe both under my slab and out in the yard but because someone actually cared enough to try, it cost me just a fraction of that and I have the peace of mind knowing that my plumbing is clear and ready for use.

Was able to schedule a appointment. Cleared my upstairs bathroom drain. Was amazed someone actually answered the phone. Seems everyone else in town won't pick up their calls. Did a great job. Even cleaned up.

Had a water heater put in today and always a great experience with Ahern Gross. The gentleman that came to the house was very polite and punctual , had other work done in the past from them and will continue to use them for all our plumbing needs. Thank you guys!

Service was excellent and very easily made appointments on two separate occasions for the next day. Work was professional in the least and they were very willing to send a bill in the mail instead of paying them directly upfront or at servicing. Lastly they took pride in their work and were able to make more repairs than they had been given at first and still only charged us for the service they were given to initially repair and hourly rate!

These guys are great. I’ve had them at my place on two different occasions now. Honest work at a fair price. These guys came in 1,700$ cheaper than the competition for the same exact job, equipment, and materials. No attempts at upselling the job. I won’t be calling anyone else from here on out.

I've had Ahern out twice. Once for installing a water filtration system. The guy did a great job. Then again today when I was woken up to water raining from my dining room ceiling. They got someone out within a couple hours since everyone was out at jobs at the time I called. The guys was great. Got everything taken care of and was very pleasant to work with. They are absolutely my go to plumbers!

The technician who came out was very nice, but overall this was a frustrating experience. I called specifically to have my dishwasher looked at and asked up front if they could fix dishwashers. I was told yes.

When the technician arrived, he was only here for about 20 minutes before telling me that since the issue wasn’t plumbing-related, they couldn’t help. I understand that there is a charge for the visit, but I wish this had been explained more clearly ahead of time then I probably would have contacted someone else.

When I was sent the bill, I was given incorrect contact information, which made it difficult to follow up. If you need a plumber, they may be fine, but I wish they had been upfront from the beginning that they don’t handle dishwasher repairs. That honesty would have saved me a couple hundred dollars.

Highly recommend I called with a With a leak in the upstairs bathroom. They came and took care of. It was at the house in like 15 minutes and took 30 minutes to do the work very professional would highly recommend to anyone that needs plumbing service done in a timely fashion.

These guys are the best! They’ve worked on my grandma’s house ever since they opened years ago. Now that I have a house of my own, they are my first thought! Best plumbers around!

Strongs came in and fixed our kitchen pipes same day! They understood the location of the pipes and willing to do the work. They gave us advice, took out the molding walls from the leak, cleaned up the area around the pipe and replaced everything in a few hours. We previously had a big name company come in to fix the closed drain and ended up breaking the pipe and wanted to charge us $1500 to get it fixed without even looking into the issue. But Strong's was AMAZING to work with, affordable and accountable. I would highly recommend them to everyone! They are definitely forever gonna be our plumbers.
