We had a concrete slab installed next to our garage and we could not have had a better experience. The work was fantastic and the crew exceptional. Totally satisfied with not only the job but the costs as well. Efficient, economical and thorough. They cleaned up the area when the job was finished. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS company.

I recently had Southeast Construction LLC do some concrete work for me. It was so refreshing to deal with a truly professional group of people. From planning and communicating to removal and placement of our new patio and walkway. We couldn't be more pleased with the service and respect for our property and our wishes. Phil is so pleasant to work with and his employees are so very professional. They really take the time to get all the details of the project just right.

I couldn’t be happier with my new patio from Southeast Construction. Phil was easy to work with throughout the process and the entire crew was friendly, helpful, respectful, and kind. They paid attention to all the details I wouldn’t have thought of and checked, then double-checked, any changes before moving forward. They even helped with some design ideas and options. The result was better than I could have hoped for! Definitely recommend, and will most definitely use this team for any future work!

We used Southeast Construction to replace our concrete patio. I cannot say enough great stuff about Phil and his team.
Phil has amazing consulting and customer service skills and I always felt like he had our best interests in mind instead of trying to sell us something we didn't need. Putting the customer first instead of trying to upsell is a rare quality in this industry.
Phil listened to what what we wanted and create a plan that exceeded our expectations, within budget. He actually gave suggestions that were better than what we thought of doing!
When the work began, I was consistently impressed on the professionalism and timeliness of his crew. They were never late, always nice, and cleaned up the space when their work was done.
There was one day that cause a rain delay and Phil stayed in constant contact with a plan to ensure we wouldn't get behind schedule. Even though that was out of his control, he took charge and created a plan. Another rare quality in this industry.
We also required some other work that was outside of their scope and Phil gave recommendations to wonderful vendors. He clearly has a solid reputation and a community of exceptional partners he trusts.
The project exceeded our expectations and, in the end, I found Phil to be more of a trusted friend than a vendor.
We will use Southeastern Construction for any further concrete work and highly recommend them!

Phil and his team were skilled and professional! They had previously done back patio work for us and the work was so exceptional we asked them back to do work on the front! It's very satisfying seeing the quality and workmanship in their finished projects. Will ask them back for a third project next time I need it!

Extremely professional. Southeast took out our existing concrete patio and poured a new one. Southeast Construction was very efficient and the job only took one day. Even in the heat, the crew worked non-stop.

Phil, the owner, was amazing from start to finish. The inital quote only took about 15 minutes and our family felt no pressure taking a few days to discuss the quote. Southeast Construction was one of 2 quotes to pour a concrete patio to replace my deck.
Phil is very responsive via phone and text and answered all of my questions. I never felt like I was left hanging. He was also on site the day they completed the work and even stopped by a couple of days later to check it out and make a couple of final touches.
Phil was also up-front about the fact that, since the patio is in the back of the house, the lawn was not coming out of this unscathed. He made that clear. Which I appreciated and understand. This isn't a wheelbarrow and a shovel, this is heavy-duty machinery.
The team really seemed to get along well along with one gentleman that I swear smiled the whole time. And they all were willing to let me float around to take pictures. All very nice people.

Southeast did a fantastic job on our patios, parking area and sidewalk. Phil is responsive, gave us a competitive quote and an accurate schedule. Workers were very friendly and took care to do minimal damage to our yard and landscaping. The creative touches they added were fantastic. They even dumped the left over gravel on our driveway and backgraded it for us. Highly recommend!

Phil and his crew are professionals. Great pricing and great quality of work. I had a garage foundation poured, driveway extended, and walkways replaced all in the same job and they were able to handle everything.

Southeast Construction was able to work with my tight but moving scheduled to get this job completed when I needed it done. The crew was able to help guide me through some last minute changes and extending some of my original options to ensure it looked as good as it could.

Company does amazing work! Great communication and totally willing to work with you to get your dream built! Has them install a 11 x 35 foot long slab and it turned out amazing! Perfectly sloped right and finish work looks amazing! They worked to fast as well area dug out and New slab installed in the same day was totally not expecting that! Owner was super nice and was totally willing to go above and beyond to help he put with my dream and plans for the build area! Will totally hire them again when and if I need concrete work done in the future!

Does an absolutely amazing job. Finish is spectacular and the stamping is phenomenal. They do color work as well and it looks fabulous. Had it done years ago and looks just as good today as the day it was done

We had a very large driveway redone several years ago from Southeast and it turned out great. Now we had a large patio and sidewalk replaced and that turned out beautiful. Phil cleaned the road and driveway when they were done. You couldn't even tell they were there. Every crew member knew their job and answered all my questions. We highly recommend them.
