Terrible choice in contractors. Severely unprofessional. Individual was cursing, complaining having to get WE Energies involved, was there less than 10 minutes to throw me a quote (that was exponentially high, likely because he did not want to do it) and then promptly asked for the $100 service fee. Worst experience and will not be utilizing this company.

Their awesome tech detected a problem that we couldn't figure out and gave me a quote for connecting my furnace properly. He also replaced a few outlets that were not functioning well. We were very pleased with his work and would use his services again.

I called to have some work done. They told me they could have someone come out the very same day. At first I was happy about how quick I could be seen. Then at 4pm I was given a call saying they can’t make it. I gave it a pass cause I get things come up and it was same day. Then the lady on the phone made the appointment for Saturday between 11am and 2pm. They ended up no calling or showing up for the work that I made an appointment for. Will be looking for someone else to do the work. With all the high rating I see on Google I question how legit they are. Cause it’s never a good sign when a company does this.
