We had bright builds come in and install two ceiling fans in our home. The technician was on time, very respectful and knowledgeable. Scheduling was very easy and they work with your scheduling needs as well. They did install and our remove existing fans as well. We are very please and will be using them again for future projects.

wanted to charge me $100 for a quote, i said im not willing to just pay for a quote and get a go away price. they just hung up on me. i think i dodged a bullet.

Mehhh not very friendly or helpful. Electrician didn't have the right context coming to quote and quickly made it obvious he didn't want to do the job.$125 for less than 5 minutes of dismissive consultation. I've worked with much more friendly and helpful contractors.

Said the electrician would be there by midday, got called back about mid day then bounced to a junior level kid that shouldn't have been there alone. He was there for about an hour, had to call his boss 3 times and charged us $200 to tell us that we needed a new box and he didn't know how much that would cost. The actual issue was trees had rubbed the line coming in from the electric pole.

We called empire to do a simple disconnect reconnect and swap out a breaker. They knew we were in a pinch and out of town. Charged us $300 to come out and told me it would be $15,000 to do the job. Had another electrician come out charges $700!

Stay away from these Crooks!!!

Empire Electrical Service technicians came to remedy the installation of our ring doorbell. They took almost impossible situation created by a technician from another company and found a way to fix it and install the bell correctly. They were a pleasure to work with. Will call them again.

We had a tree fall next to our house that completely detached the wires all the way past the meter. I spoke with a lady to schedule an appointment unfortunately no appointments were available any time soon but because it was an emergency she bent over backwards to make it happen. Empire Electrical Service were at my home first thing the next morning. Jacob was very professional, and friendly he finished early enough to have the work inspected and the power turned back on the same day.

As a 100% satisfied client, I am pleased to say, these guys deserve six stars and I'm planning on using them again in the very near future. They did an excellent job fixing an electrical issue I had. George did an outstanding job. He was punctual, courteous and hardworking. He put in new fixtures in our warehouse and went the extra mile by replacing the burnt out bulbs in the existing lights while he was on the lift. He also installed a charging station for our forklift and put in a new outlet in the conference room. He made sure we were completely satisfied with the job before he left. His performance was outstanding and highly deserving of 10+ stars.
