I hired Trees no more twice now
The most recent time was to raise a tree canopy that was hitting my house and garage roof and it was fast, and cleaned up at the end. They told me when they would be there and they did it. 5 stars x2. I will be going back for a third time for a tree that is growing into the electric wires going into the house.

1st time was Very prompt and very efficent. They cleared 4 bushes on the side of my home and took care of all the cleanup. Was a great price and quick turnaround and no extra work on my part. I will be using them for some tree pruning soon!

I had asked them for a quote on a rather large tree removal. They came in took it out and I’m very pleased with the results, I'll be using them in the future.

There is very little if any communication between the owner and his crews. Owner claims that he gives them direction, but crews do whatever they want and have no respect for neighboring properties. I have had two bad experiences with this company, would definitely not recommend. The first experience was when it took them three visits to complete the trimming of bushes that were quoted for one visit. During the third visit, they trimmed a bush so much that it died. They did rectify the situation by planting a new one. The second experience was when they did work for my neighbor, she explicitly told the owner not to go across my yard yet the crew went back-and-forth across my yard with wheelbarrels full of Mulch repeatedly. The problem I have with this company is the owner does not communicate direction given to him to his crews. It has nothing to do with the relationship between my neighbor and myself.

I had some stumps from some old lilacs removed. The guys did and a great job and cleaned up the area.

Project was quickly quoted and tree was efficiently removed. Easy to work with and tree was removed promptly.

TreesNoMore was incredibly responsive and did a great job. I submitted a request for a quote to pick up a large pile of brush/branches from our front yard in the afternoon and they came out and gave us a quote the next morning. They quickly responded to my questions about the quote and after I signed it, they arrived the following morning to do the work. They were efficient and the space was cleaned up incredibly well. We would use them again.

Cody and the guys came out got the job done . Tree looks perfect with large canopy. Yard and debris all cleaned up. Very happy will have them do more work for me.

I had a big job to do. Jeff and his team were unbelievable! They worked hard straight for two days and knocked it out of the park. They take all of your worries. They cut it all down, chip it all up and haul it away seamless operation and I will definitely call them again in the future. I highly recommend you do the same.

Did a great job. Have used them multiple times. Highly recommend. Trees both hanging over my house and trees hanging over my pier.

They were very responsive and quick to get the job done however I think it was an average experience at best. First no one even rang the doorbell or announced themselves they just started cutting and their stump grinder came after 8pm and helped himself to my backyard without saying anything while my young kids were just falling asleep. The guys cutting down the tree threw large branches into a lilac bush next to my deck and damaged it they also threw branches onto my deck and luckily only caused minor damage. I spoke with the contact and he came out to look at it one day after he said he would (again no greeting or announcement just walked into my back yard). He agreed it was careless and cut off some of the broken branches from the large bush and that was it. Unfortunately I think the bush is damaged to the point that it will either die or need to be severely cut back. Lastly I was told that their stump grinding was so expensive because of the clean up they would do, that their would be no wood chips or debris left in the yard which was very much not my experience. Overall and average job at a premium price.

Take note these guys will treat you great until you’re honest about their work then Jeff will flip his coy business owner act and attack you after your honest review of your experience with him. Hopefully they don’t damage your property too, good luck if you sign up with someone as two faced as this guy. Apparently waiting to pay your invoice until you are satisfied with the job (more lies from Jeff invoice 7/20/23 paid 8/18/23, can post pictures of the truth too) and waiting for Jeff to show up days after he promised he would for the 3rd time is a multiple month interest free loan. Absolute joke of a “business” here beware of expensive, subpar work and two faced Jeff.
