The Rep that performed my cleaning was polite, punctual and respectful. My issue is with the quote I received over the phone. I explained it was a basement carpet, three rooms about 800 sq. feet and the stairs. The quote was $150.00 for the basement and $50.00 for the stairs. I understood that would not be the exact total however I didn’t think it would be only 50% of the final invoice.

Alijah arrived on time and answered all my questions. He did a fantastic job on the tile/grout floor in my kitchen. I will definitely use Voda again.

After a few years of wear and tear from pets and dirty shoes, it was time for carpet cleaning and tile/grout cleaning. When we bought our house, I wasn’t digging the bathroom tile, even though others liked it. Now I know why. The grout color threw me off against the white portions of the tile. Voda came in and cleaned it. What a difference! It just needed to be refreshed from the dirt buildup. I’m super thrilled to be able to host this year for Christmas. Voda took the time to spot clean pet stain areas and other stains in the grout that needed extra attention.

Tari and her team did an outstanding job cleaning our area rug, fabric chair, and carpet in a few rooms and also our stairs! My wife said the area rug hasn't looked this good in 10 years! I had a really great experience with Damion at Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Brookfield-Waukesha. He came out to help with pet urine odor in my basement carpet and after the first treatment the smell was better but not completely gone. What really stood out to me was that he and his boss were not satisfied with the result either and offered to come back a second time at no charge to make it right. After the second treatment the odor is completely gone and the carpet smells fresh again. I truly appreciate their honesty, professionalism, and willingness to stand behind their work. I would definitely recommend Damion and his team to anyone dealing with tough pet odors or carpet issues.

I'm very happy with the cleaning services Voda provided. Their technician was friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job, especially with some cat poop stains I was afraid wouldn't come out. If you look at that spot on the carpet now you'd never suspect they were even there. I would absolutely use Voda again and recommend them highly.
