A lot of miscommunication between both parties that resulted in the cancellation of the project. I would have loved to work with the guy in charge to rectify the situation, but I couldn’t come to an agreement with a person who was degrading me. I understand when a full crew comes out to the site for a job - it cost money & valuable time… and when it falls apart, all parties lose in that situation. All I asked was for an apology & corporation to find a solution to the problem so we could provide work for his crew. In return he refused to apologize and told me to find a new tree guy and left.

I will say, I recommend this company for their readiness to work. Based on what I’ve seen, they move fast and do not play around. However, due to the lack of customer service & professionalism, I can’t recommend their services. Everyone deserves respect, be civil to one another, & figure out solutions to issues. Please keep in mind - I will experience a situation like this with another business… it’s inevitable and no hard feelings. But, it also means environmental tree company will experience a similar situation of a deal falling apart in the future as well… so all I ask is please be better next time.

I did find a new tree guy at half the cost, so it all worked out for me. But I do want to apologize directly to their employees as I tried my best to rectify the problem.

I highly recommend this company, I have had 2 emergencies and Josh and his crew were on it very quickly, they always go above and beyond what i ask for and very reasonable on price.

I don't often leave reviews but our experience with them was exceptional! I wish I could give 10 stars. Responsive in providing a quote, showed up when they said they would, did a fantastic job, cleaned up well and were fairly priced. Highly recommend!

Environmental Tree Service did an EXCELLENT job of trimming 4 of my trees! They were reasonably priced and they cleaned up very well!!! I would highly recommend them!!

Environmental Tree Services responded to our inquiry quickly. We had a small window of time needed for our job to be complete and they made it work beautifully. We had 3 trees and several stumps ground and removed—I could not believe how fast they whole thing went. They are professional, reasonable, helpful, and we will definitely use them again. I couldnt possibly be happier with the trim job done for my Silver Maple. The guys were courteous, efficient, and most helpful. They even cleaned out a gutter for me! I appreciate the time taken to talk to me about this big old tree and when it might have to come down altogether. I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially since they had the best price out of 3 estimates.

They did such an amazing job on trimming one of our trees that was over grown and cutting down another tall tree that was too close to our house. They were very responsive, on time, and quick! Josh and his crew did a great job taking down a large tree in our front yard that was threatening to take itself down. Got a great deal adding in a pruning of another tree as well. His crew were on time, made sure they knew exactly what I wanted and got the job done fast. They also did an exceptional job cleaning up afterward which is something many companies don’t focus on. From timeliness to clean up, Environmental Tree Service was top notch. It was impressive to watch the attention to detail when removing a 70' box elder leaning over our garage. They seemed to have all the latest equipment to make the job go smooth.

Just saying I was pleased and happy with the service today seems like an understatement. I have a huge old Maple tree in my backyard that hasn’t been cleaned up for years. I also needed a smaller tree removed that was about to interfere with overhead wires. Josh had come highly recommended from a friend.
The quote was the best and most reasonable of 3 quotes I’d received. I booked immediately. They came exactly when they said they would and started work right away.
They were careful with my lawn, my plants and respectful of my neighbors lawns as well. Everything was cleaned up. Every stick, branch, twig and leaf. As if they were never here.
The tree looks fantastic. Neighbors have already commented on how great it looks. My yard is getting more sun. My neighbors are happy.

Highly recommended, had a great experience. From the quote to the tree removal; communication was prompt and up to date, Josh was understanding and willing to accommodate requests. Everything was safely removed and his team ensured there was minimal damage, was pleasantly surprised with the lack of landscaping damages. Definitely exceeded my expectations with the huge trees, wind and other obstacles.

I highly recommend Environmental Tree Service!! They came out to remove 7 trees on our property. These were very large Blue spruce trees. They were right on time everyday, worked hard and cleaned up everything before they left for the day. We could not be happier with the job they did for us. We will definitely use them again!

I recently had a lightning strike explode a pine tree on my property. Luckily it didn't harm anyone or anything else, but it was completely blocking my driveway. Josh answered the phone late in the evening when I called, and then met me SUPER early in the morning so I could make it to work on time. With an agreement on price and work, I went on my merry way to my job. When I returned home later in the day, the tree was GONE! (Except for the stump as agreed) I suspect he must have had an old
Electrolux vacuum with him, as there wasn't even sawdust to be found.
I'm an older person,old enough to remember the days when a person would say what they meant, and do what they say they'd do. Josh is one of those kinds of folks. I'm seriously glad I called.

My dad and I hired Environmental Tree Service to cut down my dad's tree and my pine tree. Josh and his crew did an amazing job, worked hard, and cleaned up everything before they left. They are very responsible and exceeded our expectations with huge trees. We highly recommend them!

We met Josh from Environmental Tree Service through a neighbor. They had a number of dying Blue Spruce removed. Their provided a complete and total removement of all our neighbors' trees, which included complete cleanup. Truly professional!

We also had a number of dead to dying Blue Spruce, 12 on the east side of our house, 5 on the west side, and one in the backyard. All of the trees were full-grown 20 yrs+. Year one, they removed all the trees on the east side of the property, including stump removal. A couple of months later, they planted 10 arborvitae trees. They also seeded the entire area.

Year two, we asked them to bring in a couple of Black Hill Spruce. They also removed the Blue Spruce in the backyard and replaced it with a new Maple. They also took out the 5 Blue Spruce on the westside of the property.

This year, they came back and planted 5 more arborvitae and a Japanese Lilac Tree.

We will continue to use Environmental Tree Services going forward. They are always on time, efficient, professional, and clean up the work site.

The Project Manager, Spencer, kept consistent quality start to finish and hit the scheduled completion date. Expectations exceeded!
