When a 50 year old dryer outlet failed and killed the power to our condo I reached out to Ben and he was there within 30 minutes. I was a 1st time customer so extremely appreciative of his immediate response to get the power back on (main breaker located outstide) and everything repaired. It was a 0 degree day and the heat is electric so he saved the day. I have them on speed dial for any of my other electrical needs.

Over the past several days I experienced partial power outages in my home for extended periods of time. I did the usual checking the breakers,etc., but the mystery continued. So I contacted Ben, within minutes he was at my home and checking every possibility. The determination was the outside pedestal, so We Energies was contacted. Problem solved and corrected- efficient and quality service. Thank you, Ben.

Ben came out promptly to fix a major problem another electrician left us with after changing light fixtures - the entire houses electricity would go out the minute you switched the lights on in the main bathroom. He immediately figured out the problem and had it fixed in a few hours.

Ben was the first call I made to upgrade my electrical in my house. I have an older home with old electrical. He was able to add multiple outlets and lights with no issues. Sippel Electric is working on my mom's kitchen remodel, so I had called Ben to get an estimate on work i was going to complete after closing on a home I was purchasing. My mortgage lender decided I needed that work completed 7 business days prior to closing. Ben was able to squeeze in the work so my closing wasn't moved & was able to provide a lien waiver with my payment. Im really grateful that he was able to get the work completed for me with such short notice.
