I’ve used Empire Electrical Service for electrical issues and my house and my office. I highly recommend them. They actually show up when they say they are going to and if for some reason they can’t, you do get a phone call letting you know when they will be there..no just sitting at home and praying that electrician shows up.

Horrible experience with this company!
They said they'd be at my house between 9:00-Noon.
At 1:00, no had shown or called, so I called them. The person on the phone said they'd have technician call me right away with an ETA.
By 4:00, still no call from technician, so I called office again to see what was going on and if they were coming today? The person on the phone said yes, they had me on the schedule for today, so they would be coming. Technician must be stuck on another job, so I needed to just be patient - but they were coming.
End of day - No one ever showed up or called!! Terrible customer service! I have never used this company before and I never in the future.
