Plumbing reviews in Germantown, Wisconsin

100% the best people around. Fair, honest, family owned.

Great Service and Fair Prices and Friendly Knowledgeable Guys.

Thank you for your quick response, professionalism and treating us so well. I recommend Hagan to everyone.

Good people and they stand behind their work too!

I did call and left a message but no one ever called back to setup service, so not sure what to say then.

Friendly and efficient plumber. Great work on my bathroom sink and tub. The only plumbing service I would ever use.

Great service and Peder was awesome to work with. If I need service in the future, Hagen is who I will be calling.

Easy to work with from initial call through completion of a leaking pressure balancing valve. Seeing them place boot covers when entering my home without being asked was nice to see too.

Not only did they get us in their schedule in record time, they arrived early. They were very professional, and so helpful and I would recommend them to anyone.

Needed emergency snaking for our main line going to the septic. The plumber arrived promptly and had our issue fixed in under an hour. Recommend!

Fast, friendly service. Good prices and I will continue calling them when I need plumbing done. We have had them before and have always been very satisfied. They can do it all!

We had Peter again today. He is always so prompt, professional and very helpful. Is expertise always makes us very comfortable with his. Thank you so much Peter

After a call for help due to the previous owner’s lack of skills, Peder saved the day by installing a sump pump and repiping all kinds of wrong while at it. He also installed a ‘bitch of a toilet’ in the 2nd floor bathroom. A fifth star would have been earned if he had followed up on my quest for a new kitchen faucet. Perhaps that will happen now.

You more than likely will have a decent experience with Hagen. However, when things go wrong after the fact, that is the true test of a company's character/service. I would avoid Hagen.

Hagen Plumbing are a group of very competent Master Plumbers who are very good at what they do. always fair, always on time

Just wanted to say thank you to Hagen Plumbing for all the hard work on my repair job. Tony was prompt and extremely knowledgeable and clean in the repair. Just want to let you know you have a customer for life now. Thank you again!!!!

Very helpful in identifying the replacement parts needed for my Kohler shower faucet. Arrived on time, quick, professional. Ray did a great job. Would use them again anytime.

Peter was professional, polite, honest, & informative. We were able to be scheduled quickly. We were very impressed with Hagen Plumbing & would highly recommend them.

We have had good services with Hagen Plumbing. We are Realtors and have found them to be fair and pricing and provide excellent quality of service. We highly recommend. Doug and Lori Larson First Weber Realtors

Completely unprofessional staff. Have dealt with them few times. First of all, hardly ever you can reach Holly (the receptionist) in the first call, then plumber does not communicate with you before leaving the job site and leaves you wondering why the work was not completed. Then, after making multiple calls, Finally, Holly responses that, "a part needed to be ordered and we will send the plumber back on a certain day.
No show on the set appointment and the process starts all over again with leaving you wondering why the plumber has not showed up yet.

Moral of the story, if you need quick service, better call a different company.

Called them to repair a whirlpool tub that was leaking.
Very nice over the phone
They came when they said they would.
Ray was Very professional and nice.
answered all my questions.
I also had a couple of outside faucets leaking and Ray fixed those.
Very happy.
I recommend.
