This guy is a joke. My hoses he hooked up leaked shortly after he left, the sand filter brings water in my basement. He initially failed to hook the hoses up to begin with right and right before my eyes he rigs it up. Throwing things and saying this job is a nightmare. Mike paniced and failed. I called him to fix and he said someone intentionally tampered with it.lol why would I tampered with my pool system. What a joke. He said it's my problem. I've dealt with people in business my whole life I get the impression he does this work on the weekends and is full of bs. I'm moving on and calling a established business. Had to share as a customer I feel mistreated.

Great company to have service your pool needs of all kinds. Stands by his work and makes things right. Gives great information and helpful insights as well. Had a heater installed and will be going back to have a new pump installed for sure.

Michael is extremely knowledgeable on pool maintenance and equipment. He's a very bright and responsive guy. If you are looking at honest, competent and affordable service, I highly recommend Suburban Pool and Spa.

Mike is very knowledgeable in his field. We had him out to help us with our pool, he knew exactly what I was doing wrong and stayed till it was dark to talk/help me through it. We then got a hot tub and could not get it to heat. He was out 3 times in one week to help us get it up and running again till after dark. He is very dedicated, knowledgeable and personable. Any questions we have on our pool equipment he would be the first person we would ask.

We first hired Mike to clean our siding and pressure wash our wood deck prior to listing our house for sale. We also hired Mike to come out and clean the basement of our new farmhouse. We used to have constant issues with Phosphates but since Mike has taken over our pool care, the stress and wasted money trying to fix the recurring issues have ended. After just moving to Wisconsin to a home with a pool we needed to have it professionally opened, we searched all around for different prices and honest people. We found Mike, who came out during a time to fit our schedule and did a fantastic job! He taught us things about the pool we needed to know since we had never had a pool before that was extremely helpful. He since has come to close our pool in the cold rain and once again did a great job! Very personable and intelligent. I would highly recommend Mike for any project!

Mike is amazing! He took our call on a Sunday, came out to restart our pump, cleaned the pool, and advised us how to maintain our pool. He is reasonably priced, friendly, and knowledgeable. We will be using his services again and again!

I’ve never reviewed anything on-line but I feel the need to do it today. This guy is the REAL DEAL! My husband and I bought a house with a pool last fall and didn’t know a thing about pool maintenance. We paid someone else to “open the pool” this spring, which we thought meant you could actually swim in it once that happened. But no... after the other company left, we were on our own, struggling to balance the water, clean the pool, and fix multiple issues. I called Mike after finding him through google, and asked if he could help us out. Well, I’ll be damned if he didn’t come to our house the same day! He talked us off the ledge, fixed some stuff right away, and got us started down the road of taking better care of our pool. He seems honest, straightforward and knowledgeable. His rates are quite reasonable. And I got the feeling that he genuinely cares about his customers. What more could you ask for? If you have a pool, you need this guy. Thanks Mike!!

We had an issue with our pool a few years ago and while venting our struggles to a friend, we were given Mike’s name. Mike was immediately responsive, worked to our schedule, and resolved the issue that his competitor couldn’t. I now recommend Mike and Suburban Pool and Spa to everyone with a pool. His prices are very competitive, he’s very knowledgeable, and his customer service focus is second to none. He gets to know your experience and comfort levels and educates you on how to better maintain your pool and equipment for long term use and endless fun.

Mike has opend and closed our pool for years and does a very good job. We need to have our relatively new liner re-tucked (installed by another company) Mike came and did an EXCELLENT job. Our liner looks perfect! Better than when originally installed. Mike did a great job and VERY affordable. I would highly recommend him!!

We have used Mike's service for the last two seasons. Last year we just moved in and he checked to ensure everything was working good, got us set up with a new pump and some other things needed. He was professional, on time and his prices were very reasonable. We will continue to go to him for all our pool needs!
