will not recommend this company to anyone. Paid $480.00 and still had the problem occurring. Had to call another company to come out because the rep. who serviced me stated over the phone that it must be a new problem and if he came out they would be an additional charge.

Personality was good for trash. Outrageous price charged, he grew a personality before he left. The job is done... but never again with this place.

Cost breakdown for anyone wanting to know: $160/hr labor, $80 truck charge & $10 fuel charge…kitchen hood motor replacement $1500

There were some communication issues in the beginning, however Tom did an amazing job at getting our office back together. He is definitely a man of his word.

They came and fixed something which was not an issue at all. I was able to fix the issue by myself. Not a company with commitment to customers. I will never do business with them again. Spoke with owner and he doesn't seem to care anything.

AVOID THIS COMPANY... Had a technician come out in early January for smells of gas. I gave my CC info as a "hold." The technician was there maybe 20 minutes and left (no invoice or mention of a charge).

I was then charged $221 randomly in March without ever having been sent an invoice or having heard from Zien at all.

I have used Zien for a number of plumbing items I needed addressed. Andy was prompt, professional and explained things so I could easily understand them. I highly recommend using Zien for plumbing services!

Just had a plumber out to the house to move a gas line in the kitchen from one wall to another. Showed up without all the material needed to finish the job. Made me pay for the travel time to get more parts. Overall took 3 plus hours to move a gas line 10 ft and charged me over $500. What a rip off. I could have done it in 2 by myself and wish I would have. Completely milked the job. Will not referee to anyone.

I was told that replacing my bathroom faucet would cost me $600+. I called another contractor, and I had my bathroom and kitchen faucet replaced for less than $400.00. I would not recommend this company, since Zien Mechanical was unable to explain their over price quote.

Mr Andrew Einberger, professional plumber of the Zien Company, has been working for several days in our condo, also fixing a difficult issue in more than one bathroom-units in the building. We cannot thank him enough for being so competent, and so professionally prepared; he found the solution and fixed the problem wonderfully, for everyone. If I could give 10 stars instead of just 5, I would.

Terrible people, they ordered for 5000,- euro material with us in Holland, we delivered the goods and they do not pay the bill.
We called, send mails, reminders, they just ignore us. We have proof off al mails and communication about the order, so we can substantiate this claim.

Just as I read in another complaint, management and director don’t care about complaints!
So now we have to take legal action against Zien mechanical.
Don’t do business with this bogus company, they are incompetent crooks!
