I was so pleased with not only the service, but professionalism, punctuality, customer service and genuine care that Josh took in repairing our dishwasher. He explained everything in terms that made sense and showed me preventative tips to mitigate any future issues. Josh was incredibly knowledgeable and I cannot recommend him enough!

Josh was in my driveway @ 9:00 on the dot. Found the problem on our dead, 18 month old dryer in minutes. (burnt wire) "Repaired" with new terminals (not parts replacing) Up and running, tested and good to go in short order, at a more than fair price. Josh chatted with my wife and I about "stuff" before leaving, all the while giving us tips on every appliance in the house. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. He's in my phone contacts. 6 Stars.

I had two older dryers that I wasn't sure if they would be able to repair. Josh did a great job not only fixing the one dryer to make it safe and functional but went the extra mile to clean out the vent tubing, stabilize the dryer, clean out all the lint inside and under dryer and help identify and explain how to replace an old gas valve that should be replaced. He was very professional and would definitely use him again.
