I understand people want to go home at the end of the day but walked in at 3:56 and was told they couldn't help me because they were closed and the computer was shut off. My order would have taken 2 minutes. I own a business and serve my customer. My daughter works retail and gets customers walking in after they close and are expected to wait on them. There is nothing in an electrical supply house that will take very long. Very rude! Hein should set a better expectation! I have spent thousands here over the year and will no longer nor will any of my electrician friends.
