I have hired ACTS Tree Care & Preservation to remove a tree on two occasions and recently had them prune eight trees on my property. To be sure, I benefited from the expertise and skills of the certified arborists on staff. Each time I was impressed with the entire crew's work ethic. It is obvious they take pride in a job well done. I was very particular in what I wanted my trees to look like, so I made suggestions and asked many questions. My input was gladly accepted and the arborist patiently explained how his pruning was based on the tree's overall health, good structure, and aesthetics. At the end of the day, I could not be happier with their work. Highly recommended.

Our business recently had a tree fall in a risky spot, and within 2 hours of making a phone call to ACTS Tree Care, Chris was on site to assess the situation. It should be noted that this was in the early evening; long after hours. The quote was more than reasonable and we couldn't be happier with the the help he provided. I highly suggest calling ACTS for any tree-related issue!

They gave me a date and came. So refreshing to have a excavating company true to there word. Did a good job. Definitely use them again.

Installed my lawn. After we had some problems the next season we called multiple times for a consult. They refused to return a phone can. We moved on. Would definitely not recommend.

Got two loads of stone. One was 50% larger than the other. Charged two different delivery charges within 2 days. Stone on 2nd delivery was full of mud. Ryan was a nasty adolescent. Wes would not return call. Problem was resolved today. Wes tore up the check and removed the stone.

The small company I am apart of was in green lake today doing a pretty big job. Outdoor impact took it upon themselves to repeatedly drive by and see what we were doing,even turn around in driveway next to our job and they had no business being there. Come to find out the whole reason for the intrusion of space was so they can call us in and report us to zoning for no permits.

We were under impression that for job we were doing that we didn't need permits, and instead of coming and talking to us like any respectful company could do,they take it to the extent of getting our whole job shut down.they could of stopped and offered advice but they chose to go to extremes of hurting our company.

To a big company like outdoor,this job is nothing to them. For our small and upcoming company trying to build a name,this job is Everything. It was a shady move for them and im making assumptions but to me it was out of spite, like we were on their stomping grounds. And for what? Why could they possibly want to hurt our operation? Why couldn't they offer advice or direction because at the beginning they struggled like we do getting bigger jobs to build our name.

It was very unprofessional and conniving the way they conducted themselves today and they should absolutely be ashamed of themselves for letting greed overcome. So everyone from outdoor impact who was involved with that today. Shame on you. Learn some values. Learn how to treat others who work so hard on building a reputable name with some decency because I guarentee you've worked jobs without permits when there should of been one. Bravo gentleman 👏

Outdoor Impact Landscaping designed and installed our Unilock paver patio and walkway at our house. 4 years now and it still looks brand new! Last year they turned a low area wetland area on our property into a wonderful medium size pond that really turned out beyond our expectations! My family lives on the southwest side of green lake. Jennifer came out and walked through an estimate to clean up our neglected property near road and dock/pier area overgrown which my wife referred to as the snake pit.. Cat (so kind:) and her crew showed up yesterday and did an awesome job looks so much better! We also use them for weekly grass cutting etc. We are getting some new flowering plants in next can't wait for the new look.
