Constraction reviews in Greenfield, Wisconsin

I waited nearly a year to write this post. I didn't want to write it while I was angry. I'm still highly disappointed in Tony Mader, owner of Hunts Flooring for not standing behind what he sells. The carpet photos are of Mohawk carpeting only 2 years old carrying a 25 year warranty. As Tony put it, that means there will be no traffic pattern for at least 10 years. As Mohawk puts it, the warranty covers loop failure. This defective carpet began failing within 6 months. Tony's solution? Pay to clean it which I had already done. Of course, this didn't work. You're looking at his clean carpet. Tony told me he would try this first but that was all he was willing to try. I paid Tony $5,600.00 for 1200 sq ft of carpet with install. It cost me $5,800.00 to replace half the house in flooring since I will never buy carpet again due to my experience with Tony. The 3 bedrooms still have Tony's defective carpet. What's most curious is that I didn't pick out this carpet. Tony did. The bottom line is he would do nothing to fix my problem. In the end, he told me to lose his number like I'm an old girlfriend not a customer trying to get a man to stand by what he sells. To be clear, Mohawk doesn'ts stand by their product either. I'm told there really is no such thing as a warranty on carpet. You'll have to use your best judgement though because you are on your own. There is no service after the sale. Good Luck!

Rosalio and Miguel did an excellent job. They arrived promptly, worked hard and efficiently, and completed the job within the estimated time frame. They were kind and respectful, both to myself and my children, in addition to taking care of our home. I was especially grateful for how helpful they were in moving things around the house. I would highly recommend working with them again.

I highly recommend Weatherization Services! Their crew did all the insulation in my mom's duplex which was a huge job. Rosalio and Miguel and the rest of the crew were great workers. They did a great job protecting everything in the house while they put it the insulation and spent a lot of time cleaning up afterwards. Their supervisor Francisco was very professional and personable and went out of his way to make sure we were completely satisfied. Keisha also did a wonderful job putting in exhaust fans and lights in both bathrooms. What a wonderful company!

(We had our attic insulated) The service we received from initial contact to the very end of the job was excellent. I highly recommend this company

Rosalio y Miguel did a fantastic job on the Weatherization of my home. I was so impressed by the extent of the work and the remarkable attention that was paid to the detail of each facet of the job. I was informed as the projects were started so I knew what to expect. With all the new insulation and seals I'm sure my home is just as energy efficient as it can be. The whole crew cleaned everything up and just left my home better than it ever was. Thanks!

Vicente, Randy, Alejandro did an excellent job! Top choice!

Left everything cleanr

Douglas came to my house to install a bathroom fan , he did an excellent job , cleaned everything up afterwards. The fan seems to be working fine.

Risalio Miguel and his team from "Weatherization Services LLC insulated my attic and all of my exterior walls, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The team was on time, very friendly, and explained everything they were doing. They worked efficiently and made sure to clean up thoroughly before leaving. The quality of their work really shows, and my home already feels more comfortable. Highly recommend them for anyone needing insulation or weatherization work!"

Miguel and team did a great job by more finding spots that needed insulation than even discussed prior! Clean and professional. Thank you!

Rosalio y Miguel and his crew did an amazing job insulating our home. Huge improvement in energy efficiency!

Had one of their trucks fly past me going 20+ over the speed limit this morning before in the dark and rain with no regard for anyone’s safety or the laws.

01/09 at 7:20am, he was going north on 32 and then west on hwy 100 in Oak Creek.

If he doesn't care about following the laws or the safety of others on the road, I can't imagine he’d care about following the laws nor the safety of homeowners when workinf either.

Weatherization Services did some remodeling of our church. Did excellent job. Very impressed with the skilled workers and the out come of each project.

They insulated my walls of my lower level. They worked fast and efficient. They also cleaned up nicely. I look forward to seeing if it helps with my heating cost.

They did a pretty good job on the insulation installation and everything else looks pretty good and another thing is that they were really great . And everything was done by Lewis and his crew or team Luis and Fernando

Miguel and his crew busted their butts all day! They started just before 9am and didn’t get done until almost 630pm. They deserve pay raises for their hard work!

rosalio y miguel then a very good job. All the guys were very polite and nice. I would recommend them to anybody. They cleaned up really good. They explained everything to me and I would have them do some more work for me if possible.

Rosario y Miguel was great to work with. Came early and did great work. Had a great crew and was very efficient. Would highly reccomend.

They are a very thoughtful and thorough company, going above and beyond to meet my needs. Each staff member I interacted with were great, and the whole process was seamless. I highly recommend them for your Weatherization needs.

Great team came in and knocked every perimeter wall out in one day, insulating my walls! They used plastic on everything and cleaned up as much as expected... dust is inevitable with a great job

The team did a great job installing insulation in attic and air sealing it. They also insulated the walls above the windows where there were gaps. No mess left behind. Team included Evelino and Esteban.

The crew did a great job protecting the walls and floors where they were working and through the traffic areas. The bathroom fans, air sealing, attic insulating and new attic access were done efficiently and we are pleased with the work performed.
