Michael showed up on a Sunday with a can do attitude to repair my bad blower motor...On a snowy night while cars were unable to get up and down some of the hills..5 stars all day long Michael. Thanks for keeping our family comfortable and thanks again for a Sunday evening service call with a complete repair job done in less than 3 hours from first call to finish.

Great Experience from the beginning, requested a quote for a small plumbing job, Tim showed up on time for quote. Also requested a quote for an Aprilaire add on to furnace. Quote was fair and booked appt for 11.20.19. Tim showed up early, started, and completed work in the amount of time he said he would. Explained everything and cleaned up. No issues. I will use this business in the future and will recommend to others. I tried other local plumbers, 1 never called back and the other was too busy and told me to try someone else. Great local, small business.

Our 30 year old furnace stopped working. They were able to come in the next day and diagnosed the problem. We ended up getting a new Bryant furnace and they were able to install it a few days earlier than originally estimated. They did a good job of explaining things and we will definitely use them again in the future.

I've been using All Star Heating and Cooling for years and they always provide great service and reasonable prices. I once caught the owner Mark as he was leaving for the day and instead of pushing me off to the next day he stopped by on his way home to take a look. Tony was just out to install a whole home humidifier, he showed up on time took as long as he said he would and stuck around to answer some other questions I had about my furnace. Would definitely recommend All Star to anyone in need.

Allstar Heating is GREAT! One telephone call to set-up my heating and plumbing work. One tech for both jobs/not two different techs like competitor told me.
Front office staff, Kayla, was friendly and helpful. My actual tech, Tim, VERY professional and personable. Seemed very knowledgeable; took one look at the job and said no problem. He took care of the job as indicated.
I HIGHLY recommend Allstar Heating, and I am thinking about another job for them and I will ask for Tim.

I had great service with Allstar!

Last week I broke down and called because my furnance was blowing cold air and were out within the next couple days to take a lot. They offered to come out sooner, but I told them I could wait.

I first had Gregg. He diagnosed the problem within minutes. He asked if he could dig deeper because he serviced another unit like mine and the heat exchanger was also damaged! Sure enough, so was mine.

I ended up getting a new unit. Was quoted an amount and that's exactly what I paid! No miscellaneous, hidden charges.

Tim and Evan were here to install. I was originally quoted 4 hrs for work completion and it only took them 3. They were kind and patient with my questions.

I will definitely use them again!

Tim was great to work with. Very detailed, professional and efficient. Relocated R/O system, disconnected water lines and drain lines for laundry sink. He was also able to to take care of some HVAC work. Glad that we hired Allstar and will hire them for any future needs. Office staff (Kayla) are very friendly.

Our experience with All Star was ALL STARS! We had a very challenging furnace replacement install and cannot say enough positives about the entire crew who worked our job while overcoming each of the challenges they were presented. Tony was an amazing leader of the group and the time & care taken by all to "do things once and do them right" was seen throughout the process. The pride and dedication Tony and the crew take in their work shows from beginning to end. Tony, John and Evan made sure that nothing was left to chance and Tony kept us informed and comfortable with every step of the process. I have used All Star now for 3 seasons on ESA. Always prompt and thorough. All Star recently installed a whole house on-line humidifier. Technician was very thorough in his work and explanation to me of the unit and operation and maintenance

Very bad couldn't even bend up some tin for me, talked with receptionist and she didn't ever know what was going on

Had an appointment window set for 2-4 p.m. on a Friday. They called at 3:30 to "reschedule." No thanks.

Absolutely horrible company. Called for a quote, was given a price, but once work was done, they quadrupled and told me too bad pay or go to collections. Also did not listen to what I needed in the first place, and I had to do the hard work of actually getting the toilet seeing as it was 60% less for me to do it than to have them do it. Whatever you need done, do yourself a favor and find someone else. You well get an eh job for way more than it should cost. Also showed up outside of the scheduled appointment window twice.
