Being on time for a contractor seems to be rare, but I was pleasantly surprised by the punctuality of your technician

I just recently had Dave Droegkamp install a brand new furnace and a.c. unit. Everything from sales to the installation to the clean up. Courteous installers that were on time and diligent. I would highly recommend this company.

Zach was very helpful in checking our HVAC system and advising us on how to best to operate the system.

Biannual service done spring and fall. Todd is always friendly and does a thorough job. Payment is for both visits.

Shout out to fantastic service. Our air conditioner broke Thursday evening. Called Droegkamp at 7 am and ask for service. At first told we are all booked for the day. We mentioned they installed our unit when house was built and did all the HVAC when we finished basement. Well they stood by us being a loyal customer. They were able to squeeze us in and by 6 pm we were up and running. Great service

Service was prompt and professional and instead of adding on services when just a different level of filter was needed to return the furnace to proper operation, they did what was right and completed the easy but correct repair.

When our a/c unit wasn't working well I called Dave Droekamp and they came the next day. Todd was friendly and efficient checking our furnace for a check and tune up as well as diagnosing our a/c unit as low on coolant. The fee was fair and upfront. We have been customers for over 20 yeara and will continue to be customers for as long as we live in our home.

AC compressor stopped working. Ben replaced the capacitor and had it running in less than an hour. Excellent updates on service arrival time. Very polite and helpful technician and office staff.

Needed expert advice setting a renovation budget for an about-to-be-purchased 26yo Hartland home. Timing was critical -- within 3 days, service tech Casey A. arrived in the promised time frame to evaluate and advise in understandable and actionable terms. Options were offered to smartly allocate and save money. Considering all future business be done w/ Dave Droegkamp H/C. The conversation was so well enjoyed, I told Casey he'd help solve a lot more challenges if he joined us for happy hour.
