Our AC unit just went out during the first heat of the season. We hired Tim (owner of Victory Heating & Cooling) to replace our unit. He was very professional, explained everything prior to the install as well as during the installation and after. He was exceptionally detail oriented and even cleaned up after himself. My husband and I couldn't believe how quickly he was able to install our unit, all by himself too! It only took 3 hours, which was very much appreciated since we were out of AC for over a day and have a one year old at home. Our neighbors had the same unit installed by another company. They had two men working the entire day to install the same unit. We are so grateful for Tim and his exception installation service! I highly recommend him to all my family and friends in the area! Victory Heating and Cooling was very prompt with addressing our air conditioner needs. The service person did an analysis on our current unit and gave us some options for moving forward. He sent us an estimate with two options for a new unit and answered questions we had concerning the existing older unit and the new units. Installation was prompt and completed shortly after we accepted the new unit estimate. They made use of our present pipes that led to our furnace unit in the house.
