The AC stopped working on a 90 degree Sunday. Sam came out within just a couple of hours and fixed everything! He was professional, courteous, and reasonably priced. I will use this company for all future HVAC needs.

If customer service is most important to you then Dave with Ultimate Comfort Heating and Cooling is the guy for you. He was knowledgeable and honest about the products he recommended. Dave sat down with us and explained the quotes and what would be the best fit for our house. We replaced both our furnace and air conditioner and we are thrilled with the end result. We will certainly be recommending Ultimate Comfort to our family and friends.

We hired Dave to install our garage heater and replace our furnace along with other minor projects. He did a fantastic job on all of them. He was always on-time, kept us updated the progress and made sure we were satisfied when the work was completed. The other great thing was no project was too small. I called several companies on smaller projects and they either told me that they weren’t interested or didn’t call me back. Dave did not do that, he always came out and provided quotes for those projects. I highly recommend Dave for any of your furnace and air conditioning needs.

I discussed a furnace and AC replacement with Dave and he recommended the type of equipment our home would need, a competitive bid, and the exact dates the replacement could be done. Dave also suggested a heat pump that will more than pay for itself with the rebate from Excel and the long term savings on our energy costs. Everything was completed as promised. I recently had the pleasure of working with Dave, the owner of Ultimate Comfort Heating and Cooling based in Hudson, WI, when my air conditioner broke down during a particularly sweltering weekend. Despite the challenging timing and weather conditions, Dave was nothing short of remarkable.

From the moment he arrived, Dave was professional and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my AC and had it fixed within 30 minutes, restoring cool air to our home—a true relief for everyone! What impressed me most was Dave's transparency and fairness in pricing. Operating a small business over the weekend in hot weather, he could have easily charged a premium, but his fees were very reasonable.

Dave took the time to walk me through each step of the diagnosis, clearly explaining the necessary repairs without making any assumptions. His ability to communicate complex issues in an understandable way was greatly appreciated. He answered all my questions thoroughly, always with a smile.

Dave Petrich has replaced my furnace, air conditioner, and water softener. He's also done a few other minor repairs over the last year and a half I've been in Hudson. I highly recommend Dave! After dealing with an older complicated a/c system that constantly breaking down and dealing with overpriced national hvac companies, finally called Ultimate Comfort Heating and Cooling. Dave did a furnace install at my house last year. He did a phenomenal job, in a timely manner and you can definitely tell he is very knowledgeable about what he is doing. He was able to provide me with a great system that was quite affordable. It has worked great and I haven’t had an issue. Will be having Dave do our AC system eventually for sure!

Dave was great! After many issues with our a/c unit over the years, we finally decided to have a new one installed. Dave was able to get to the house quickly and go through our options with us. He was very professional and ethical. He helped us find the most efficient a/c that would work the best for our home. He was also able to source the unit quickly and got it installed fast. He even stayed late on a Friday to ensure it was working. Ultimate Comfort Heating and Cooling will always have our business.

I contacted Dave as I needed some work done for the sale of my home. Throughout the process, he was courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. His attention to detail and quality of work is outstanding. He not only addressed the main issue but ensured all HVAC systems were running smoothly. It's rare to find a company that combines expertise, integrity, and excellent customer service but Ultimate Comfort Heating and Cooling does just that. I was the general contractor when we built our home 23yrs ago so I am very familiar with how the process works. I highly recommend that if you are looking for a HVAC company, this is the company to go with. The knowledge and professionalism is hands down the best. We did have more work done than just a new HVAC system and the total cost for the system/labor etc. was actually less than what I expected. I personally would like to thank Dave and Sam for their services yesterday. It's reassuring when you have knowledgeable individuals working on your home.

Dave Petrich, the owner of Ultimate Comfort Heating and Cooling locally here in Hudson, was referred to us by a neighbor when our furnace was not working properly, of course, when it was below zero in January. I am so thankful for the referral because I want to share Dave was amazing to work with. He responded right away, diagnosed a few problems, serviced the furnace quickly, and got it up and running smoothly when we needed it most.

Soon after, we decided to replace our 24 year old furnace with a new unit which Dave installed personally along with a new air quality system, some ducting changes for greater efficiencies, and a new air conditioner installation pending this spring as part of a package deal that Dave put together for us.

He also serviced our fireplace, made some adjustments, cleaned it up nicely, and installed a new switch and identified some other concerns with our humidifier, air exchange unit, and electrical prep needed for the air conditioner. Clearly Dave knows his stuff and can do it all plus I liked the fact that he is local, and he works hard to earn your business. He is an honest, hard-working man!

Wow, I was so impressed with Dave's knowledge and skills. He was incredibly responsive, thorough, polite, professional, and an absolute pleasure to do business with. I greatly appreciated his "no pressure" sales approach too.
