House Cleaning reviews in Jackson, Wisconsin

Horrible! No reply. Gaslighting new clients. No reply. No response. Choose someone else.

Prompt, efficient and always done well.

This company is truly a gift from heaven. They put every effort in to make our lives easier. They are always so willing to help and never make me feel judged for how dirty our house can be! All are kind and warm. I feel safe and have never had a single issue, it's been several years now that they have been with us. I wish I could have them come MORE frequently!

Kate and the team are wonderful. Very thorough and get the cleaning done quickly. They are wonderful to work with. We have two dogs that shed and the team does a great job of getting all of the fur. Highly recommend.

Pristine service.

They came out to my house to discuss their services and sent me a cleaning quote. I was satisfied with the quote and tried to schedule the service. They never responded to my emails or calls. Very unprofessional.

Such a relief! Someone who was inside my head and did everything I needed done before the holidays! Very professional and trustworthy! Kate is great!!!

There are so many phenomenal facets to Encompass. I love the fact they use all natural cleaning products, have the same crew each time, and no dirt goes unnoticed. My house is exceptional each time they leave. Highly recommend Kate & her crew!

Kate and her crew have been cleaning our home regularly for the past 5+ years, and our cleaning day is by far my favorite day of the week. The crew is thorough, they work quickly and professionally, and our home always smells and looks amazing after they leave. Having the whole house sparkle at the same time, best feeling ever!! Highly recommend this amazing team!

My Encompass Crew is like family!! For about five years, they have been so helpful with coming in to our home once monthly. Friendly, efficient, qualified! They are WONDERFUL to my fur babies too!!

Kate and her crew are the best! I can unequivocally recommend them and am happy to do so. We have used Kate / Encompass for almost 10 years and are extremely happy with the results. They’re very dependable, responsive, understanding, and flat out good people. They do an excellent job and are a pleasure to work with. Furthermore, we have both a dog and cat that they are terrific with. This is a company you want to work with long term.
