Wonderful family run business. We needed a new AC unit and it was the owner who comes to your house and gives knowledgeable advice. No long waits for service, and they show up to the appointment right on time.

In 2025 they received “The Best of Janesville” award and I can’t agree more. We also got 3 quotes to make sure the price for a new unit was reasonable. It was actually the best price in town.

Amazing customer service and excellent quality of work. I was given a quote by another company to repair our furnace for $800 (and scared us saying we would eventually need 4k in repairs to follow) but JC Heating and Cooling handled it within an hour and charged about 75% less. The other company clearly wanted us to just put a new unit in.

JC was upfront that our unit is reaching its end of life, but that it will most likely still get us through this and maybe even a few more winters with maintenance. Definitely appreciate their honesty!

Discussed an issue i was having with my boiler system last week and was provided an estimate without any pressure to move forward. The day I decided to move forward, the work was completed the same day at what I feel was a good price. The technician was prompt, professional and courteous.

We have been looking for a heating company to use regularly. So happy to have found JC Heating! Our boiler went out with temperatures-0 being predicted. We were able to have a tech come out multiple times to fix the issues completely. Everyone we dealt with was professional & extremely understanding and accommodating. Even offered to drop off a space heater! Definitely exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

We have a 125 year old open loft style space that needed full HVAC - heat pump, A/C, and open ductwork. JC Heating was prompt and professional from start to finish, giving a firm quote, service when scheduled, and beautiful work. Most HVAC is invisible. Ours is part of the decor and it looks and works great. I would 100% recommend this company and Jason for this sort of project. We couldn't be happier.
