Only hire these guys if you want perfection. A simple toilet replacement to exterior drainage, these people have the resources to get it done. Over 8 jobs for me (me: super precise) in 15 years, all good!

Bill and the rest of the team at Mechanical Masters gave me very quick and detailed information on a complex septic situation. They had experience in the Kenosha county location I was considering, and shared resources and advice that helped me make (potentially very expensive) decisions. I had the help I needed within only a few hours of contacting them.

Mechanical Masters came as a referral from Rock-Well Plumbing. We started having a huge problem with septic smell and found out the septic pit was not sealed well and corroding bad, therefore letting gas escape. We contacted Mechanical Masters which set up an appointment the same day. They replaced the entire cover, job looks great, and a month later, STILL NO SMELL! Appreciate the quick service, Thank you.

This dude knows pipes like his own name, diagnosed the drama in seconds, and fixed it faster than a rogue toilet flush. No shady fees, just honest work and prices that didn't break the bank. Plus, Willy's got jokes that'll have you laughing through the leaky faucet blues. Seriously, Union Grove, if your plumbing goes south, call Willy - he's the real deal, and your pipes will sing his praises (along with the shower)!

Was charged over 5000 dollars for work on my in home boiler system and the system has never been right since during the first visit to work on the system I was quoted 6 hours to complete the project which ended up taking 3 days and 4 different technicians to complete the job as the first techs emitted incompetence in the work they were attempting to complete once the original job was complete 3 more visits to my house were required in an attempts to fix lingering problems that were never done right the first time leaving us with intermittent heat throughout the winter and a very loud banging sound any time the system did work. After cutting my losses with mechanical hacksters and hiring a second contractor the problems were all corrected professionally in the first visit wish there was a 0 star review they don’t deserve the one I gave them…

I had a relatively small job that was not an emergency. I expected I'd have difficulty finding a plumber who would take it on. I was delighted that MMI scheduled me within a very short time. They called to let me know they were on the way, and Aiden was knowledgeable, personable, polite, and tidy. I will definitely recommend MMI to any of my condo residence neighbors seeking a reputable plumbing firm near the Grove.
