Had a jet pump freeze up so I replaced it myself but still couldn't figure out why we had such low water pressure. Called Tim and he came and it turns out it was just some sediment in the faucets, he was only there for a few minutes to figure that out and didn't charge a dime! Highly recommend as he was super friendly and professional!

Very knowledgeable does know what he's doing.. he had my yard excavated to look at the holding tank well now there's a big sinkhole there big mud hole he didn't they didn't fix it very well at all didn't turn his paperwork into the county just saying that my system's okay he was supposed to come back in a week and put an alarm in the holding tank and haven't seen him for months or heard from him and then he just calls out of nowhere and wants me to pay $1,800 for nothing so overall not very pleased

Great service and price! We needed someone to install a water softener and fix a leak. Tim installed the water softener quickly and recommended a friend who was much more skilled in fixing infloor heating. Honest and competent. Highly recommend!

We needed a new pressure tank and other parts ASAP. Received a call back immediately and had same day service within a few hours of the call. Tim was very nice, upfront about cost, and we were thankful to have him out. We plan to use Tim for all future plumbing and well related issues!
