Gerondale heating and cooling did a fantastic job installing our new furnace. It was a non-standard install, the dwelling existed long before the furnace went it. The job only took 8 hours and it looks like the house was built around the furnace. Everything works as expected. Bring on winter.

There is an issue with my furnace at home that has the rubber burning smell when it runs. The furnace is only 5 years old. Tom Junior came to look at the furnace for 25 minutes and said the fan wasn’t working. He left with the fan was running and took $150 for a service call. Literally, 5 minutes after Tom left, the house has the same burning smell again. I called Tom and he refused to come back. He basically told me to call other company to come. He admitted that he is incompetent to fix. I asked him for the money back as I will have to call someone to fix, he just hung up the phone! It is scams! Poor experience! Avoid this company, Tom and Junior at your own cost!

I called Packerland heating and cooling and they came over and had my furnace fixed within an hour. The charge for a service call and 1 hour of service and part was only $120! It wasn’t even the controlling board that had an issue like Tom said. Much less and the job got done! Thank you Packerland heating and Cooling! You will be serviced all my rental properties from now on.

Tom from Gerondale was awesome. Our furnace failed and Gerondale to the rescue! John returned our call promptly, showed up on time and gave us a fair quote quickly! With 15 degree weather he came through and were toasty warm. Thanks John! We will use you in the future and highly recommended Gerondale!

This is a top notch company! They were extremely professional, and came to service our air unit the next day. It turned out we needed a new unit, and they brought It the following day. They were on time, very reasonably priced, and super kind. We will definitely call on them again if we need to!

Tom came over today and I watched him put in the AC and an air purification system. His work was fast, efficient, clean and accurate.
He wasted no time and made no mistakes that had to be redone. From the disconnect panel outside to the soldering of the pipes to the sheet metal work, his experience shows. I saw him cut, bend, fasten and turn the flat sheet metal into a work of art. I
checked the prices on everything and feel I got a very honest deal.
They did an emergency furnace for me last December which I did not review, again, excellent craftsmanship. I have my new heating and cooling company!

When selecting a heating and cooling company we look for reliability, professionalism and affordability. We received all three from Gerondale Heating & Cooling, Lakewood, WI yesterday. We are very pleased with the excellent service we received with the installation of our new central air system in Townsend – and it couldn’t be timelier this Summer!

Had a really great experience with Tom. He was informative and they got my central air put in by the time frame that we talked about. If I have any issues they'll be the first ones I'll call. Since my great experience with them I have tried to set up getting a wifi thermostat installed 4 times. I got told twice they were to busy and twice I was at my place for a week and gave plenty of notice and time frame I was going to be there. Said they would call before they came and twice no phone call and didn't show up. Not real happy with that kind of service. Might have to try someone else.

My wife and I bought a cottage on Wheeler Lake last fall and realized this spring we needed air conditioning. Initially, I had contacted another company but after several months of my calls not being returned, I found and called Gerondale Heating and Cooling. Tom stopped by the same day I called them and gave me an estimate on the spot. My next question was "When do you think you install the system?" Well, Tom opened his calendar and said the following Tuesday! Tom and his son showed up that morning and within a few hours had a new central ac unit installed. Needless to say, we could not be happier and I wish I had called Gerondale a couple of months ago and avoided the frustration I encountered with the other company. I'm typically not one to review companies, but in this case, Gerondale's high level of customer service and talent warrant a 10 star review. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

They said they don't do floor drains isn't that plumbing

ARRIVED AT THE CABIN YESTERDAY ONLY TO FIND THAT WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY HEAT. CALLED DAMA HTG & PLMB THIS A.M. AND TALKED TO A VERY PLEASANT OFFICE MANAGER. SHE ADVISED THEY WERE VERY BUSY BUT WOULD TRY TO WORK US IN LATE THIS AFTERNOON, IF NOT NEXT WEEK AFTER MEMORIAL DAY. SHE TOOK MY NUMBER AND WOULD CALL ME BACK. HEARD THIS LINE BEFORE?? SHE CALLED AND ADVISED THEY HAD A TECH NEAR LAKEWOOD ON ANOTHER CALL AND HE WOULD BE HERE IN A COUPLE OF HOURS. SCOTT SHOWED UP IN LESS THAN HOUR, DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AND REPAIRED THE FURNACE. WE HAD HEAT!!! THANK YOU SCOTT AND GOD BLESS!

We had a faucet replaced. While doing that our washer drained and backed up into our sink, a recurring problem that we could not seem to fix. Scott diagnosed the problem... a weird configuration of pipes underneath the kitchen sink. It was a lot of extra work for him and expense for me but after 12 years of the fight between kitchen sink and washer... THERE IS NO MORE WASHER BACKING UP INTO THE KITCHEN SINK!!! Thank you DUMAS Plumbing!

Rick came out for a tune-up on our Furnace/Boiler system, he called ahead to let me know he was 20 minutes out and arrived right on time.
Answered all my questions and gave heating system a thumbs up. Plan on using Dama when we need to replace current one.
Definitely 5 stars.

Caution: 3 bad experiences in a row. Installed a new dishwasher that had all parts included. He misplaced a part but completed the install without saying so until it was done. Then told me it didn’t come with a cord so I’d have to hire an electrician to come add one. I found it in plain sight and without even looking at it, he lied and said the cord was too short and that was why he didn’t use it. Charged me full install. I googled how to wire the cord and did it myself. The cord was plenty long enough. He just wanted to be done.
Another time he left the hose spicket running all day and night while I was gone and flooded the yard.
Another time he did a shorty install of my bathroom faucet and griped and cussed the hole time. Buyer beware.

We have just finished a remodel project that includes a lot of plumbing. Not a big job for Dama, but big to us. The team did a great job and really made sure we were happy. Jon was always great to have on-site and had to problem-solve quite a bit at out 100 year old cabin. Thanks for helping us turn this place into our happy place.

Scope: remodeled one bathroom and the kitchen, relocated and installed a new water heater, added a filtration system and water softener, Added something for a washer and dryer, remove an old in floor heating system and oil tank.

After being completely blown off by a different company we called Dama for our rental property in Silver Cliff that had sand coming in. Dama quickly came out and gave us a quote and got us scheduled. Chad and Adam were both easy to work with, gave daily updates during the project and were very professional. The quote was more than we were expecting and we haven't gotten the final bill yet but we were very happy with Dama and how they took our project seriously.
