The technician Marat Shaf was punctual polite and thorough. He did a complete diagnostic assessment of the dryer and vacuumed all around it. Marat also took the time to explain what the problem was and how he was planning to repair it.Besides fixing the dryer I was also impressed that he leveled it so that it no longer wobbles when running which it had previously done on occasion. I highly recommend Marat as a great professional technician; if I need to use Ghost Appliance in the future I intend to request Marat (if he is available)
