Whirlpool sent Josh out after the big guys had been to fix new oven twice and it didn’t stay fixed. His has. While he was here he also noticed our noisy new refrigerator and told us he could fix that which he has and it is wonderful. All in all a great experience and I wouldn’t call anyone else.

Excellent service! Josh went the extra mile (literally) to repair our refrigerator after the compressor died. He was here when he said he would be, got right to work and completed the job with one visit. He is very proficient and friendly to boot. An all around great experience. Highly recommend!

I called late morning and had same day service! Not only same day service - but on time service! Josh arrived promptly and had all the parts to fix our Ice Maker. It took no more than 15 minutes. I would absolutely endorse him and Greenway Appliance Repair.
Hopefully nothing else breaks down but if it does, I know we will call Greenway first.

If you are looking for someone to repair your appliance in the Madison area, your search has ended. This is a top notch business and I highly recommend them. Our dryer started making noises and my wife asked me to get it fixed. After coming across this business and reading the reviews I made the call. Josh, the owner, answered my call. After listening to my problem description and taking my dryer model number Josh said he'd do some research and call me write back.

Josh called me back and said he was familiar with the model and the problem and based on the symptoms he recommended the most likely repair needed. Josh was sensitive to the costs involved and explained them openly and honestly and even discussed with me the fix vs. new option.

We agreed that he would come over at 5PM that evening and after confirming his diagnostic he would complete the repair and told me what he expected it to cost.

Despite being one of the worst weather days of the winter Josh made it on time. He proceeded to show me exactly what the problem was, described what he was going to do, and then quickly did the repair.

Josh was professional throughout the process, he was thorough in his assessment, he cleaned everything he could in relation to the repair, it was done within the time and cost that he quoted.

I was very impressed with this young man and he will get my business again if needed. This is a no brainer, if you need appliance repair, this is your guy.

I called on a Monday afternoon and was able to get a window between 1-3 the following day to repair my washer and dryer. Josh arrived at 1:30, diagnosed and repaired both appliances, and was out the door at 2:05. Matter of fact, he knew what the problem was with the washer before he even walked in the door based on the bit of information I was able to provide.

He was extremely courteous and provided suggestions on how to avoid my issues in the future. Great job!!

The service was quick and on time. The technician was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. He came equipped with parts that could be needed but fixed my Dacor downdraft fan with a thorough cleaning and saved me $$. Tim was excellent and I would not hesitate to call him again!

TJ came to our house for our new fridge and dishwasher. He took the time to explain the issues and he was absolutely fabulous. I'm so happy the company sent Main Appliance Service and TJ for our in warranty service call and I'll be calling them in the future if we have any other issues (but hopefully not!). Thanks TJ!

This is a great company!!! The owner himself makes service calls!!! How great is that!! Josh was awesome. He came in we talked about the issue with our refrigerator. He took a look at it and discovered that it was just a loose neutral wire at the main control board that was causing our problems. He showed me the issue. Told me if have the same problem, just call and they will come back out, no service call charge!!! Highly recommend Main Appliance Service for and appliance needs!

I once again contacted Main Appliance when our Zephyr Range Hood quit working. We had had some electrical work done, and apparently it shorted out the circuit board. Of course the hood was a few weeks past warranty, but I immediately knew I would call Main. The first young man came out and replaced a blown fuse, but ordered the replacement circuit board and touch pad for us. He came back as soon as the parts were in, but it still did not work. It did take several weeks to hear back, but Josh explained that Zephyr was tough to get in touch with. Haldan (sp?) came out when the parts finally came in and though it took a while, he figured it all out. He was incredibly professional and careful with our range while he worked, which was much appreciated. I felt the price they charged was more than fair for the amount of hassle they went through.

Like so many other reviewers, I found Josh to be professional, and he went above and beyond to make sure our dishwasher got fixed as soon as the part came in (in one day). I can't begin to say how much that meant to me. Would absolutely call Main Appliance again! Outstanding!

Our friend recommended them and we had an excellent experience with Chris who came out to evaluate our fridge. He was friendly and professional and we really appreciated his help. Even though the fridge was unfixable (parts no longer exist) he gave us some great suggestions on what to look for and what to avoid when we purchase a new fridge and we're really grateful for that. We'll definitely use Main Appliance if we need any other appliances repaired in the future. Many thanks!

We had been waiting on our landlord to get a dishwasher installed for months. As soon as Main Appliance was in the picture for the install, everything went so smoothly. The service tech that came to our house made the experience even better. As soon as TJ got here, he was hard at work. Got the dishwasher up our couple of stairs like it was nothing, explained what he was doing and how to keep the dishwasher in good condition, and was very personable and professional. He noticed a small dent on the front of the dishwasher and did all the coordination between our landlord, his manager, and the warranty to get the door replaced. I would absolutely recommend TJ to anyone, and if he's a representation of the rest of the team- don't hesitate to use their services.

Our fridge broke and other shops didn’t want to fix it. Gave us lead times of months. Months without a fridge? How? Main said they were busy and apologized that it would take two weeks. Accepted immediately. The receptionist was sweet and friendly.
On the appointed day the owner showed up on time, with everything he needed. He immediately got to work. He said he’d probably done a thousand of this specific repair. LG makes a nice fridge but a terrible compressor. All said it took an hour, complete with brazing. He was professional, friendly and told us a fascinating story while he worked.
He did his best to get it covered by warranty but it was too late. Suggested we could try and recover money from the class action lawsuit.

I had called for service because our dishwashers electronics were out- the technician talked me through a few troubleshooting tips and ended up fixing it without a service call! I was referred by a friend who also had a great experience. Highly recommend!!!

Our tech Adam was exceptional in diagnosing a leaking internal water line in our Frigidaire Refrigerator. He replaced the defective factory line and now no leaks and the ice maker finally works again. Well done Adam!

Logan (fitting, but it isn’t me) had my stove up and running in no time! He was great to work with and taught me some things about my new stove.

I had a good experience with Main Appliance Services. It did take several weeks to wait for the part from the manufacturer, but once it was available, my appointment was promptly scheduled. Tim, the service technician, was efficient and answered my questions to my satisfaction.I appreciated the excellent customer service from the office as well.

Dylan was super careful and respectful of our property and very friendly and helpful in explaining how to reset the icemaker. We would definitely request Dylan if future service is needed.

Main Appliance Service came out when our Samsung washer broke and the technician was super helpful in finding the problem and getting the ticket numbers filed. I really appreciated that when there was back and forth with Samsung and the third party claim company, they made the calls so I didn’t have to. It was a dream come true and I’m not happy as a clam with my new washer :)
